Welcoming and comfortable

Great welcome and excellent service throughout. The hotel is well located to be able to walk to the old town or to the station (or the bus is nearby). The room was fairly compact but big enough and the bed was very comfortable. We were there on Sunday so tried the brunch which had a good selection and used local ingredients.

Really nice place. Beautiful room with fantastic decor and lots of space (bath on mezzanine floor!). Loved the balcony and the communal outdoor areas (garden and terrace). Very good location in the centre. Welcome drink, suggestions of where to eat and drink in the rooms, chocolates on departure.

Individuell in many ways - a very happy hotel!

This hotel is exceptional. Everything about it is designed to make (and keep) you happy. And it works! From the friendly welcome, easy directions to parking, beautiful decor, free drinks in reception, large room with balcony, fridge and Dyson fan, chilled garden, honesty bar and roof terrace, gym, free welcome card offering free bus and cycle hire...... even the stairs were enjoyable to walk down and the cleaners happy to encounter you! Location exceptional also, in beautiful Innsbruck. An amazing stay - will definitely choose Nala again!

I've read reviews here and on other platforms and the word "quirky" comes up a lot, and I agree. We rented two rooms for our family of six. We were given two cottages and loved them. It was a unique experience staying here. I especially loved my cubby-like bed, and the bedding was extra comfy. The cottages are hidden in foliage, giving them an extra cozier feeling. We slept quite well since the property was quiet the entire night. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the historical places, shopping, and dining locations within 15 minutes or less. I was only sad we couldn't stay longer because it became one of my favorite hotels.

Modern hotel with novel customer service approach

Excellent hôtel. Pleasant common backyard around a little pond and fountain; self service drinks (including beer and a couple other spirits, plus non-alco); common terrace over the backyard, simple spa underground with a small infra red cabin (doesn’t work nearly as strong as sauna but serves for chill time at late hours), good smiley staff, parking solution, good location. Comfort and style to date; all great.

I was blown away by how good my stay here was. The staff were so friendly and helpful - going above and beyond to help us out when they could. The room we had was great and had everything we expected included. We booked a cinema room and the tv/setup was great - the only downside was being restricted to Apple TV as it wasn't as accessible as it could be for things like YouTube or Prime Video. Being set up with a Welcome to Innsbruck card was great for us and almost everything was nearby. Breakfast was amazing (although maybe a little pricey), and the on-site facilities like the self-serve bar and rooftop veranda were excellent touches that you don't see in many hotels. I didn't use the downstairs facilities like the media room so I can't speak to those, but I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Innsbruck.
