Very nice and helpful staff and amenities (lounges, garden, bar/restaurant, prosecco, tea, fruit, candy, chocolate at desk). In a nice location between the train station and the downtown. We didn't do the Innsbrucker card because we booked thing in advance but they could help with that. Very nice place to spend a quick night of our honeymoon - we loved the whole city and it's experiences(Nordkette and alswarovski).

Edgy hotel decor, but great service. Stunning views from the room and balcony. Room was small, but well planned. Clean & comfy. Staff were great, with little extras like small cups of tea on arrival, candies, apples. Only negative was the dim bathroom entirely in mini green tiles.

Welcoming and comfortable

Great welcome and excellent service throughout. The hotel is well located to be able to walk to the old town or to the station (or the bus is nearby). The room was fairly compact but big enough and the bed was very comfortable. We were there on Sunday so tried the brunch which had a good selection and used local ingredients.

From check in to check out everything was great. The hotel is appointed in lovely contemporary touches, my room had everything I needed, a large, lovely terrace, and awesome views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
