Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to both the train station and the old town. The room was well appointed, great mattress and bedding, spotless, updated bathroom. However, next time will bring my own light-weight European hair dryer as the one there is heavy and ,also, you need to continually press the button for it to remain on. The dinner that we had in their restaurant was one of our most delicious and most enjoyable during our trip. Breakfast includes a rather nice buffet with plenty of choices. Had to settle for morning coffee from a large machine which was just fair. For great morning coffee on this trip, I didn’t get it until I stayed at the Hotel Graben in Vienna. Both the Sailer and the Graben are four-star hôtels.
