Located across the Innsbrook winter Olympic facilities, it is a modern and modest hotel. The rooms are clean and new. Internet works. Breakfast at 11th floor is excellent. The location is a bit removed from heart of town, but not too far. Easy to walk in about 15 minutes. So, what's missing? Coffee pot in the room. No room service. If you like a morning cup, you can only get it with breakfast. It would be simple to add a pot in the room. They haven't. The dining room at ground floor is cozy, with coffee exotica and full bar, but doesn't open till 10 a.m.
