Walking distance or short tram ride to railway station - the route is pretty level and easy to wheel a suitcase. A low level easy access tram was available though we made the journey on foot. The hotel is in a quiet part of Innsbruck next to a little park with food and service of good quality. The breakfast choice was particularly good with the option of freshly cooked eggs, crepes, french toast and others. Unusually for the continent there was tea and coffee in the room.

Great hotel and location with parking close by. Breakfast very good and great people. The only downside was that restaurant was closed on Sunday which is quite common in family hotels in Austria Public transport close by for downtown Innsbruck but also a good walk

Perfect for a family stay. Remember to book a parkingplace - limited availability. Perfect breakfast with everything that you need. Takes only 4 minutes to get to the highway. Nice and clear rooms. The beds could be a little better. No street noise.

Very decent hotel downtown Innsbruck. We had a very warm welcome. The room is clean and large enough with a spacious bathroom. Its clean and modern. It has everything you need. The location is very good but quiet. Service was very good.

* The room (413) had a terrific view (multiple large windows) of the gorgeous mountains ringing Innsbruck and looked over a leafy park immediately outside the hotel door. The floor was silent - didn't hear anything from other rooms the entire stay. * Breakfast was a treat. Apart from the typical continental offerings, there was a menu card from which hot dishes could be ordered (recommended: the frankfurters with mustard and grated horseradish). Dishes included a number of sweet options in addition to numerous savory choices. Different coffee options were also available. * the little sitting area (small round table + 2 cushioned chairs) in the room * well lit bathroom with a fully enclosed shower (hugely preferred to the half-pane of glass found in many European hotels). massive towels! * appreciated the kettle in the room * close enough to rail station to walk (about a 10 or 12-min. level walk) * mall nearby (about a 5-min. walk) It's a bit of a walk to the old town area (about 25 min.), but the hotel's area feels much more local as a result, which we like. I agree with other reviewers that the addition of a small fridge would make a major difference, especially since there's a massive Spar in the nearby mall.

Friendly staff with family-run hospitality. Situated by lovely city park just minutes away from old town on foot. Staff was great at providing tips on sights and places to eat. Good breakfast buffet and nice spa with infra-red sauna.

Pros: - Good size rooms and bathroom - Good breakfast included - Friendly and helpful service - Comfortable bed - Quiet location 15 minutes walk from old town or you can use the number 3 tram or bus C - 5 minute walk from train station Cons: - No shampoo included with toiletries for some reason - No bar fridge to keep any drinks cool - Aircon was problematic, we needed to have on 16C just to keep the room pleasant Notwithstanding the rating, we probably would stay closer to old town next time and the absence of a small fridge is important to us.

We stayed for a night on our way back from Seefeld on Tirol. We found the hotel to have a lovely traditional feel with all the modern comforts. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great choice of hot meals, al a carte, as well as a great juice machine. The service was excellent and I must mention the manager on duty (sorry forgot his name) was amazing as when we got on our train to Salzburg the next morning we realised we had left our passports in the room safe. Within 40 mins he had recovered them & priority posted them to our hotel in Salzburg, sending a photo to confirm, which we received by lunchtime the next day. Thank you so much, it was greatly appreciated. We will be back again!

Well appointed & comfortable rooms, not cheap but a fair price, good breakfast with buffet and short order. Do visit the hotel restaurant/pub, they serve excellent traditional Austrian classics - some of the best that we ever had.

Having looked at the reviews, I was expecting more from this hotel. It was ok, but nothing special. To be fair, the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful. The room was alright. The location is not too bad with a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. I think that if I recommended this place to a friend, they wouldn't hate it, but they wouldn't particularly thank me either.
