Really a 4.5 star but I can’t give that Only knocks were the pillows and no in room coffee Great location Great service Excellent breakfast On Site sauna and steam room Free onsite laundry! Good onsite bar I have to say more to help more travelers so my thought is never to play leapfrog with a unicorn

Excellent hotel located in city centre. Due to flights and transfers we were arriving after midnight and staff on 24 hour reception desk could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Rooms were large for city centre location and we had great mountain views. Beds were very comfortable and housekeeping kept room spotless. Shower rooms were large, modern and immaculate. Modern quirky touches like the signage in the hotel, large swing seat in reception and features in courtyard gave this large city hotel a friendly feel. We would most definitely stay here again and there were only a couple of minor issues that stopped me giving 5 stars. 1. Rooms had kettles and refrigerators but no cups or mugs for making a hot drink - just glass tumblers in the bathroom ! There was a vending machine on one floor for soft drinks and sweets but no coffee sachets or tea available. We bought teabags and milk in Spar 2 minutes away which was not a problem but we also had to find a shop to purchase mugs from. 2. Breakfast was good and self service, not inexpensive but that is the price you pay for city centre. Boiled eggs kept hot in server with hot sand? base is a great idea but by 9am they have been out for a couple of hours and the egg yolks are more green than yellow. Maybe skip the scrambled eggs too ! 3. Breakfast is advertised until 10 am week days and 11 am Sundays. Due to our late arrival we arrived at breakfast at 9.15 am. By 9.30 the staff were going round removing the sugar dispensers form all tables including those occupied by guests and staff were gradually filling their own plates from the buffet and disappearing off through a side door to have their breakfast. We would go back as the rooms were perfection but I would pack mugs and skip paying the extra for breakfast apart from perhaps on a Sunday when most of Innsbruck closed. We went out for breakfast the last two days although we had booked it as an add on in our original booking as it was not a relaxing start to the day and we were on a holiday trip, not a business one.

Stage 12 is a modern building built into the architecturally interesting main old town pedestrian plaza. It is adjacent to the modern city hall, which includes a modern shopping mall. Parking for the hotel {at 12 euro per night} is in the city hall deck, off Fallmerayerstrase. Our room was small, but well-furnished and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was modern and quite nice. The hotel also had a sauna that I used, with robes, towels, and slippers provided at no cost. The desk staff were helpful and friendly. Visitors to Innsbruck will want to see the Golden Roof {a block away}, and should take the tram and cable car system past the zoo to the mountain peak nearby.

We only stayed for one night and it was a great experience so much so that when we next return to Innsbruck, we would certainly stay here again. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, making you feel that nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and clean, and we had fantastic views of the Alps. Wonderful bathroom with nice big shower. Being located in the centre of the old city is a bonus. The parking for us was fine. The breakfast is truly a wonderful start to the day, so many choices, it would be hard for anyone to not find something they liked. A very good bar, too

This Hotel is only a few steps away from the Old Town. If u come from the airport is easy to go there. Tske the bus F to Anichstrasse/Rathausgalerie. Much cheaper then with cab. Ride costs EUR 2.50, a cab around 15,-. Bus take 11 min. Nice city hotel, very lsrge breakfastbuffet. If u are lucky try to get room wirh mountainview. Rooms 405, 505 are amazing. One of Innsbruck best bars are at the Hotel. Cool cocktails, lemonades.....

We loved our stay at Stage 12! Every member of the staff with whom we interacted were genuinely friendly, warm and helpful towards us. The room was very stylish, clean and comfortably appointed. All the upholstery was in great condition, and the bathroom was sparkling. The location was prime, right in the center of the Altstadt, close to the tourist information centre, grocery stores, shopping, and all the buses to the mountains. The laundry room was fully appointed, with detergent, a drying rack and iron + board in addition to commercial-sized washer and dryer. We will not only stay here next time we come to Innsbruck but also upgrade to one of their long-term rooms. The breakfast was a great spread, we looked forward to it each morning. Oh, and did I mention the mountain view? Last but not least, this hotel had style and humour - we loved the signs like "Don't panic! Snacks this way!" or "Yes, this is the door you're looking for, don't be afraid!"

Arriving the hotel is Not easy with car and parking place is Limited on some Level! Frontdesk is helpful ,rooms modern and good only missing tea/coffee set ! Excellent breakfast and good service Price is fine.

Just outstanding, nothing more to add!!!! The location takes it all, right on the happening street of Innsbruck this fantastic hotel is located. As you enter the reception a big upholstered swing welcomes you which I have no where seen. The staff at the reception are so very friendly and so full of warmth that makes you feel so comfortable, God Bless!!! The icing on the cake is the free laundry service they offer which includes a washing machine, dryer and an iron box all for free, just fantastic!!!!! Wish I could go back to stay in this hotel one more time!!!! Total value for money 👌

The location was perfect for my family, and everything looked great until we entered the room. It's a minimalists dream. Also, as you can see form the photos, it's a little run down, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. I probably would have not been too affected by these things accept there's more. NO conditioner for the girls was a problem. Also, I can not recall ever being in a hotel that didn't provide wash cloths. NO extra pillows, only 1 per person, and they are the standard size. No coffee machine in the room. If you are in a room with a tub, be careful, as the unusually high tub wall, along with the fact that the floor is lower, create a very risky situation when getting out. ALL 4 of us discovered this after a shower, fortunately without injury. All in all, the room reminded me of an upscale hostel. The hotel itself is nice, the drinks at the bar were very good, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. However, there were clearly not enough of them. I just want to say that ALL of these things I pointed out, were also pointed out in previous reviews from others.

The hotel is centrally located, but its car park is locate, particularly if there are any roadworks in progress. Use your GPS and enter Fallmerayerstraße 1, 6020 Innsbruck. This is the car park under the hotel. Look for the Rathaus Garagen among the many parking centres in the same area. The hotel offers the usual standard of accommodation, although there are quirks such as the presence of a kettle, but no cups, coffee or tea. There was no fridge either. offers. Breakfast offers a wide range of cereals, pastries, fruits as well as, meats and cheeses. The staff are friendly and helpful. The best aspect of the hotel is it’s central Marie Therese Strasse and it’s proximity to the old part of town.
