Excellent location, walking distance from heart of Innsbruck, train station, hop on hop off bus stops. Clean rooms, bathrooms. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Only the breakfast options were very limited.
Stayed here for a one night stay in Innsbruck. Walking distance from train station, but tram stop is in front of hotel and bus stop to airport a half block down street. Basic room, but nice size, quiet with comfortable bed. Nice breakfast room, only one on two week trip that had an expresso machine. Assortment of breads, liver spreads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, teas, cold cuts, sliced and soft cheeses offered. Convenient to old town with sights and shopping. Helpful front desk and luggage storage.
Quite large, and clean with clean linens. A full kitchen that had dishwashing soap but no soap or shampoo in the bathroom...but they did have about 20 bath towels in the bathroom. We checked in at the hotel Goldene Krone but we actually stayed in their apartment next door. We had three keys to get us into our room. One for the building, one for the floor and then one for the room/apartment. It was located about two blocks from the train station and about two blocks from old town, so it was a great location.
Family corner room with a nice view. Location excellent, a few minutes by walking from down town. Receptionist very friendly, helpful and smiling. Car park and wifi for free. no choice at breakfast, hot milk was cold. No fresh bread, no good coffee. Need to be really improved.
This hotel is just average, 3 stars and not even a little dust of star more. Rooms are sufficient, but no fridge and questionable for the noise. The hotel is quite old and not really recently restructured. Breakfast just bare minimum. Price is good considering it's 5 min walking from downtown however out of the crowd and reachable by car.
This hotel is located adjacent to the Triumphpforte arch, straight down Salurner Strasse from the train station, at the intersection with Marie-Theresien Str. The lobby is quite small, as is the staircase and elevator, since this is an older building, but the rooms were a nice size and quite comfortable. No air-conditioning, but we were able to get a bit of fresh air coming in from an open window on the third floor. The staff was very polite and helpful. Marie-Theresien Str. runs straight down to the Goldenes Dachl, so this was really a nicely-located and reasonably-priced hotel.
stayed here for one night in july on my way to Mayrhofen the rooms are clean and breakfast was large and the staff are very nice and there in luggage storage so if you arrive early you can store your suitcase
Approx half way between rail station and main shopping area. Approx 300m from station. Clean, functional hotel. Room on the small size as was bathroom but need to remember its an old building in the city center. No trouble with noise, slept very well. No issues with breakfast Good value for money. Nb No Bar nor restaurant Will stay again when in Innsbruck
We stayed for 1 night at their quad room which was just OK in size. Hotel was about 300m from the main train station, and another 500m from the golden roof landmark. Breakfast was basic but OK for the price we paid. No complaints except you should know that the room isn't air-conditioned and traffic in street/junction below can be a little noisy when windows need to be opened.
Hotel is Ok at a good location. I will be highly thankful to the attendant who gave me and my wife a lifeline in the middle of night when i called to find a roof (as my airbnb host left us in lurch). Even though the price looked expensive (including breakfast), it was ok to find a reasonable place. Though without a mini-bar and water to be purchased too! TV Remote being provided with the room key was a first for me:) Rooms are ok, with some noise in small closeted bathroom while walking on the floor. Noise levels on the street can be a problem at night due to vehicular traffic. The service attendant was helpful with instructions to visit places and map in the Innsbruck area. Breakfast was decent and edible too with basics in place. The biggest bad experience was the same attendant calling for check-out and then knocking on the door to check us out, when the last night we asked for an additional Hour for checkout till 12 pm in afternoon! This was agreed, noted down with room number by a different attendant, the previous night. Guess a mis-communication between service personnel, but was a first too after several years of travel globally. Nevertheless, in tourist season, this hotel can be an OK place for stay in Innsbruck area due to its location if one needs something basic.
