Its a luxury hotel to stay about 300 m away from innsbruck hufbanhof (railway station) Staff is very coperative .you can easyly reach inssbruck old city area and cable car survice station to reach alps sking area.

We came for a long weekend of skiing, and this hotel met all of our needs without going above and beyond. Facilities included a boot room for ski equipment, and the location was great - less than a five minute walk from where the public bus dropped us from the airport, and the ski bus picked us up outside of the hotel, in the evenings restaurants were all nearby. Breakfast was ample but not thrilling. The 'double room' was actually two single mattresses on a double bed frame with two single duvets. All facilities were clean and staff very helpful. What was lacking was a hotel bar.

Arrived for a weekend sightseeing in Innsbruck and checked in simply and quickly and although our room wasn't ready (we arrived very early) they checked us in and stored our luggage allowing us to carry on our visit. Hotel in great location very central for main shopping street and Old Town. Room was nice and comfortable with a typical Austrian bed which was very comfortable. Room very warm and quiet when window closed, nice walk in shower and bathroom. Not the largest of rooms but totally adequate for our use with plenty of wardrobe storage. Mini bar in room albeit we never made use of it. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the breakfast was perfect with a large selection of just about everything you could want including hot options. We never used restaurant as ate out at local restaurants in area which are abundant and cover all price options. All in all a thoroughly nice weekend at a very nice centrally located hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived at the hotel before our check in time, the staff member on reception allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel. He provided us with a city map and a number of suggestions on things to do and see. The room was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the heart of town and a number of attractions. We purchased the gold card from reception which was a great way to get around town and save money on a number of attractions. Special thanks to Carola at the reception who went above and beyond on numerous occasions during our stay.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the Central hotel Innsbruck. We found that the room was good with comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated a short walk from the town and there are bus and tram stops nearby. One point to note is that the rooms do not have tea or coffee making facilities.

We bring our own kettle and mugs, after the third day our mugs had been removed from room. No message or apology. Enquired at reception, told maid had an accident..what two mugs broken ?? We asked for the broken parts. After 10 minutes they couldn't be found ( did they bother... I think not). Offer to replace them was taken up BUT the mugs were sort of special to us. Hotel refunded our replacements. We were part of a large group. There was NO BAR , so pre-meal drinks needed to be ordered via the almost impossible task, some of our group were confined to their room until mealtimes as there was little else to do. The evening food was indifferent and produced to a low cost with little or no choice. Meat and one veg was sometimes the case for the main meal. The breakfast was considerably better with plenty of choice. Service from some staff was curt and on occassion downright rude, and actions not followed up. They ought not be reminded ! Sometimes water was on the table other times not despite the arrangement that there would be at all times. The room (112) was pleasant and clean, but on the first floor was noisy as the window HAD to be left open as the radiator could not be turned down. The hotel is well situated for the Old Town and its lovely streets and old architecture. Would I reccomend you stay there ? In all honesty NO as I think you will get a better overall experiance elsewhere.

We stayed in this hotel on Boxing Day, nice and comfortable hotel, bit sad to discover that we had a twin rather than a double room, since I was with my girlfriend, service at the reception with quality. Bit noisy in the early morning time especially from the Housekeeping team Overall staying was good.

We spent here one night in december, and we both found this place amazing, especially related to the relation quality / price. The hall is huge, comfortable, modern and very clean and so are the rooms, well equipped of anything you may need (they have hair dryer, a well working one); rooms are also very warm (especially in winter, that's a good thing) modern and minimal. The reception offers the opportunity, after the check out, of leaving the luggage in a room for free, in case, for example, you have some more time to visit around but you don't want to bring the heavy suitcase with you. About the position , this hotel is the best: just 5 minutes far from the city center and maximum 10 minutes from the central station, so it's very easy to arrive and to find. Workers are very kind and welcoming, and the reception is open 24/24 h.

Stayed one night waiting for my family to arrive to connect to Ischgl for skiing. It was a great location for the Christmas Markets - 5 minutes walk to at least 3 of the 5. Clean, modern rooms. Not fancy but comfortable. The cafe attached to the hotel has great food and it is very busy most times of the day. I would stay here again. Close to the River Inn where I saw a White-throated Dipper to add to my European birding list. Even better reason to stay!

Centrally located, but with limited parking you need to pre book. There is a parking station under the hotel. The staff were efficient, but lacked a little of the warmth that we'd received from all the other places that we'd stayed. Room was great though. Breakfast was not included and if you eat at the Cafe Central next door, take your platinum credit card.
