Below is the original message of concern we sent to the host/ property manager / ownerWe would like to be compensated for the inaccuracy of the listing, unkept residence, and pool/ spa not working properly.We also have photos of these issuesHello: This is Josh, the husband of the current renter.We are writing to you regarding our current stay. While we were looking forward to this trip, the experience has not matched the listing description or the price point paid, and several issues have significantly impacted our stay. Normally at VRBO stays, we don’t encounter this many issues and communication needed.We would like to request a partial reimbursement for the following reasons:Pool Utilities: The pool had no heat for the first week, and maintenance was on-site for 4 days of our stay, depriving us of the primary amenity we booked.Capacity Discrepancy: The listing states the home sleeps 10, but the current configuration does not support this. There are couches, not beds or futons.Safety/Functionality: The stovetop ignition is broken (requiring manual lighting), and the pool chairs are broken/unsafe to use.Missing Essentials: No garage opener was provided, and the home lacked basic promised amenities like kitchen towels and sufficient paper products.We feel a refund of 25% or 1000 is fair given that the property was not fully functional as advertised for a significant portion of our trip.

Tennis paradise

Came down for 2 weeks to attend Indian Wells tennis tournament . House was in perfect location, quiet, spacious , clean with huge tvs in all rooms ( to watch even more tennis)!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING

Where do I start.. the listing is VERY INACCURATE. No air fryer. Says ALL NEW APPLIANCES. DISHWASHER DIDNT work the entire stay. Owner said there was issues prior to us arriving. So obviously NOT new. King bed in 3rd bedroom was awful. Very unsturdy and mattress not even. Again NOT new. No lights in BBQ. Both lights in garage burnt out. Light in master bedroom burnt out. Inches of dirt on patio furniture.Window in 3rd bedroom broken. Did not lock entire stay. Owner said “don’t worry about it safe place” had to reply to messages from owner all 6 days. Did not feel like a vacation as something was always happening. Said on 4 different days dishwasher was coming to be replaced. Hand washed dishes entire stay. Dishwasher never arrived. Owner was upset that we did not want strangers in the house while we weren’t there and with all our personal belongings there. Threatened to end our stay. I have screen shots of all texts proving my review. Pool and spa worked great. Layout of house was good. It just would have been nice to not have to work and deal with stuff in a daily basis during my holiday.

Everything you need for a relaxing weekend!

This rental was clean, big and so relaxing. The pool was amazing especially in the July heat and although it is on a golf course, we saw very very few people. We loved how open everything was, great place to stay with friends and family. Will definitely be coming back here!

My daughter, niece, and I stayed here and had the best time. The property was clean, tons of sleep options, and great neighborhood. Any questions were promptly answered by the host. It was the most relaxing vacation we have maybe ever had. Will definitely be back.

Nice property

The house is large with lots of room, big kitchen, and nice sized (full)bathrooms. The pool is excellent as well. It's on a golf course but it's quiet. The weather is around 80 degrees and sunny.

Very Nice stay!

Very nice stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of space in the house and all very clean. Nice big TV’s. There are a few below average golfers on the course. Watch out for balls!

Perfect Pool and Hot Tub on the Fairway

Alex was amazing to work with. Communication was prompt, clear and easy to understand. The property itself was incredibly well maintained and clean. Our favorite feature was the the pool and hot tub, which were great after 18 holes and a lot of sun. The spa and pool heater was easy to use and incredibly quick to warm up. We'll definitely be back.
