Staff was nice and property was clean. Bathroom was nice but rooms could use a few updates outside of that. We had an issue with a nearby room playing music very loudly at 1am despite quiet hours starting at 10pm. Woke my husband and I both up. Around 1:30 we called the front desk who said they would “take care of it”. Music finally stopped at 3am. Obviously not the hotel’s fault that people don’t comply with rules but we expected it to take far less than 90 minutes to get ahold of a room to tell them to quiet down. We missed breakfast due to our interrupted sleep so that was disappointing as well.

The Air Conditioning unit in the room was falling apart, literally. We didn't discover this until we'd already unpacked, so we didn't try to change rooms, since I was able to somewhat hack it back together. But there is no way the staff couldn't see the condition of this unit. It was literally laying in several pieces on the floor when we got ready to go to bed. Someone with less mechanical ability would have been totally screwed. This room should never have been in the inventory. The same elevator that was out of service a month ago when we stayed here was still inoperative. The desk clerk said it probably wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. There is one elevator that works in a 4 story property.
