The room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. I had a small issue with room, but the front desk staff remedied it quickly. I even had a pleasant experience a few weeks before with the front desk staff, when I called ahead to confirm the type of room I wanted.

Business trip, Well received by desk staff. Ease of registration and good directions to room and elevator. Good presentation of lobby and related areas.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is not inexpensive, but was worth the extra dollars. Room was very comfortable. The persons greeting us were most cordial. Food was very nice, and our needs were always met. Thank you!

this is a terrible hotel for the money, I have never been to a hotel where some many things were broke or didn't work. Big paint chips falling off the ceiling in pool area, ice machine did not work, room key machine was not working. The staff was excellent very nice people

The hotel looks pretty new and the location is fine though there are constructions around that area. The room smells too bad. I guess it was because their new furnitures were too cheap.

The staff was very friendly. Room was very spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Very clean and quiet. Beautiful hotel. Great location - easy drive to Butler University and downtown Indianapolis.

Very Good. Quiet. Satisfactory location. God breakfast.

I was only there for a short 1 night stay. The service was excellent and the room was very nice.

This hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of Keystone at the Crossing. Great place to say and only 5 minutes from the shopping.

we enjoyed the getaway. We were able to sleep in, get some shopping done (great location), and just relax.

The hotel obviously wanted to seem upscale and trendy, but a number of flaws held it down. Tiny pool with enough chlorine to dissolve small children. Internet access in the room had a fee but they wouldn't say what the fee was. The restaurant was very pricey but the food was mediocre at best. The maid service woke us up at 8 the first morning and never came back the rest of our stay. The windows in the room don't open, so you're stuck with the air conditioning for ventilation. On the plus side, the front desk staff were very nice and the lobby computer room has printers you can use. And we were confused by the 2 Marriott Norths within a few miles of each other. This is the Marriott Renaissance North, but a few miles away there's the plain old Marriott North. Plus a couple other Marriotts all in a 4 mile radius.

We were passing thru Indy and needed a place to relax and wine down. The hotel was easy accessible from the highway and extremely clean. First class amenities and a 5-star hotel staff. This was a perfect spot.

A very nice new-looking hotel with contemporary interior design (bold shades of yellow, orange, and red in lobby and rooms). Bathroom is new, reasonably spaced, and spotless. Shower was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we're picky about mattresses. We had no trouble getting to sleep. Great hotel.

This hotel was gorgeous! The front desk people were very polite and curteous. The hotel was very warm and welcoming from the parking lot to the rooms. We had four travelers in one room and there was enough space and bathroom supplies to get us through two days. This hotel is located very close to main roads and easy to see from the street. We also had a pretty easy time finding the Verizon Wireless Ampitheater in Noblesville from our hotel. I highly suggest staying at the Renaissance Hotel in Carmel! It was great :o)

My son and I stayed at this hotel, because we were in Indiana touring colleges. The first thing we thought of was the comparison of the restaurant in this hotel to Nome in the Park Hyatt in Chicago. The lobby and the amenities were excellent. The entire place was spotless! We would definitely recommend this hotel, even though it was a little pricey!

I slept after a late night at a concert. The bed was almost better than the band

Went for grandsons graduation. We could not have asked for a more perfect hotel. Would definitely stay there again , and will refer friends. Ethel Rosa

This was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in 5 years. Clean and well kept.
