Room size was adequate.. Only issue pull out sofa had a dirty mattress.
Nice!
I liked the person who checked me in. I did not like the fact that the staff was useless when the dogs were barking at 1030pm 11pm 530am 6 am and 7am. They said there was nothing they could do. I thought the person who was allowing their dog to bark should pay for my stay. It was like staying in a kennel. Awful.
I liked the suits with kitchenettes I didn't like the breakfast option of cold flour tortilla burritos
The two bedroom suite with kitchen worked out really well for us. Plus we had to bring our dog with us this time and we were a bit worried it might smell like animals in the hotel since they accepted pets but surprisingly it smelled really good and nothing like dogs/cats. They do a great job with their cleanliness. But, the hotel is a little rough around the edges and the breakfast was nasty. Sorry. All in all, I am a really picky person and I would feel comfortable coming back and just eating somewhere else. The room rates were ok, but pet fee seemed a little high, however I believe them when they say it goes to thoroughly clean the room. Good location too.
Clean hotel in a nice part of town. Affordable rates and friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary dinners held during the week.
Maybe it doesn’t take much to impress me, but the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast was awesome (they had nice big walnuts for your oatmeal, ripe bananas, and chobani greek yogurt, and my son loved having the little Nutella packets with his breakfast). Our son enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Only thing was the room was hot, and even when we turned the heat off, it was warm, so we opened the window. Also, don’t forget to turn the setting on the refrigerator and freezer to a colder setting. We didn’t, and our frozen food was half-thawed in the morning.
Brought my2 dogs with me and they were so kind the staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was good!
The staffs are friendly. They provide the breakfast from 7-10am. They have kitchen and refrigerator. It's good for family trip. Only one night I need to wait for long time to have hot water to take a shower. But overall it's a petty good hotel!
In general, I thought the hotel was nice and I'd definitely stay again. However, I did have a major issue. I had a 3-night reservation and had noted a late arrival. I called the night before my stay to confirm my late arrival status and that I'd be getting in around 1-1:30 AM. When I arrived, the person at the desk indicated she gave my room away. So, I ended up being relocated to a Holiday Inn for the first night (where they were very helpful). I then spent the next two nights back at the Residence Inn. I thought the hotel was fine while there, but I was disappointed to arrive after a long travel day and having confirmed my late arrival to have my room given away.
Didn't really interact much, but one of the front desk clerks was pretty social. Breakfast was good and southern like with continental options also. Room was clean and cozy with full size fridge, microwave, and stove. Bathroom was clean. Location was quiet. Bellacino's nearby; love their grinders and pizza. Meijer nearby also as well as a Max and Erma's; love thier tortilla soup. Monon running trail is very nice. The room price was excellent, but went up about 30 bucks the following week unfortunately. I would stay again.
Stayed 5 nights with our dog, was the perfect place for us - only negative was queen instead of king bed. Quiet, convenient, clean and easy to find with good parking and a very comfortable environment. Good value.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary hot breakfast was complete and good. The room was slightly dated with the extra blankets being holey and small chips in the enamel of the bathtub. Would definitely stay again at this hotel.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there. We were close to Indy and just a short drive to clay terrace mall in Carmel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was nice, the staff helpful, and the pool relaxing. A wonderful time, we will go back there again.
Nice big room. Everything was perfect except there was no hot water in the shower. It was warm but not hot. They send a guy down to fix. It took about an hour from first mention till time it was fixed.
We were in town for the Circle City Classic. We decided to stay away from the crowd and had a wonderful time. The drive to the stadium was a straight shot within 15 to 20 minutes. The area was really nice and the employees at the hotel were extremely helpful and very nice. Especially the new guy! I would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends!
The hotel was nice with a great breakfast, pool and fitness center. I think we were there on a busy weekend. The room did not get cleaned while we were there and it smelled of smoke.
great location, very good and friendly service
