Modern Bohemian styled unit with 2 bedrooms in a duplex located in a quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Smart home technology starts with keyless entry & outdoor security cameras and continues throughout the unit with fiber optic internet, and fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer in the unit. Within 2 minutes of the major highway 465-10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Speedway, 5 minutes from Avon. This is very centrally located.
The space
One Queen size bed in each bedroom, and a workspace is provided in a bedroom with a desk. Queen Size air mattress is provided if needed.

There are two units available and you can book both if more space is needed (based on availability).

Very CLEAN!

One of the CLEANEST rentals I've ever stayed at! This duplex is a very economical stay. It's not on the ritzy side of town, but it is steps away from the interstate and all the commercial stuff you could ever need. Simple but cozy.

Home away from home

We stayed here for the national Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis. Most people stayed in hotels, but because of our eating restrictions, we needed a simple kitchen where we could cook a couple simple meals. The location of this home was perfect and the fact that it had a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer really served as well on this trip, the home was also very clean, which is my number one requirement.
