Very friendly staff. Clean hotel/room. Very uncomfortable bed/pillows. However the key reason I chose this hotel in lieu of others in the area is that the listing on the hotels.com app shows that there is a hot tub, via description & pics, when in fact, it does not. Very disappointing.
