The stay was OK when the food could be delivered from the restaurant down stairs. Also 2hen you could bring the drink up to your room. I won't be staying there anymore on my trips to Indianapolis.

The hotel manager was by far the most unprofessional manager I have ever met, very rude and unaccommodating! Pool was freezing, hot tub is out of service for past two years and there website shows pictures and says its open... The third shift front desk worker (Dora) was very nice!

for the price you get what you pay for if you know what I am saying.

The guest next door we're fighting that following morning. Woke me up. The room was ok for the price.

It was about what we expected. Nothing super fancy, but good.

Driving in to the parking lot from the airport something didn't sit well with me. The covered driveway was taped off so I had to drive around the building and dodge potholes . A guest at the counter said that "Man Ramada does nothing but steal your money." The lobby had an old musty smell to it. That's where the fun began. I opened the door to my room and it looked like I'd stepped back 35 years in the past. The carpet was dirty, stained and old. The wallpaper was stained yellow and was peeling. I put my luggage down and noticed a Jawbone earpiece in the corner and it stayed in the same position for 3 days so I know that my room was not vacuumed thoroughly if not at all. The first thing that I do is normally take pictures of my room to inventory what is was like when I arrived so I cannot be accused of something later. I didn't even have the energy because my life energy was sucked out entering the past. Walking to the window I pulled the curtains closed because the room was facing the street and there were people smoking outside my window. The smell of smoke seeped through the cracks in the window. The entrance to the hotel's restaurant was just feet away from my room. Not only is this very easy to enter and the hotel without entering the lobby, it was where the smokers gathered to smoke. I was only going to be at the hotel to sleep due to work. That's where I was wrong. I left the hotel to head to work and came back after 7 pm. Now the parking lot was full and there people hanging out everywhere and the characters were very sketchy. People were going in and out of the restaurant entrance undetected. People were roaming the halls unrestricted and with the overwhelming amount of people in the hotel was overwhelming the two hotel members at the front desk. From the time I arrived until around 2 am there was constant walking, yelling, running in and out the hotel. Someone actually fell against my window at 1:30 am. I was so over the hotel at this point. Taking a shower I noticed more peeling wallpaper, a toilet seat that wasn't cleaned. The caulk was yellow and there were unsanded caulk filled holes where towel and soap dishes. The tissue holder was not securely fastened into the sink. That yellowing only comes from years of smoking in the hotel room. I'd suggest that Ramada levels this place and start over or relocate. They should pay the owner of the restaurant to find a new location. A remodel would cost too much. I'd recommend that you go anywhere else in the major hotel chains over this Ramada.

I've visited this location on multiple occasions and I've always recommended this location for family and friends even they visit Indianapolis

The location isn't the best, but I guess the price is OK for the value if you were only looking for a place to crash for the night.

This hotel was on the three-star list and had everything we expected. Ramada can be counted on for good service.

The overall exp was average the biggest perk was the Windows opened was very refreshing I'd stay again

I spent the night before the Indy 500 here and had a good experience. The facility is a little old and run down but is clean and quiet. The only complaint I had was that the remote for the TV didn't work, but if that's all I have to complain about, it was a good stay. The staff was outstanding, friendly and efficient. I would stay there again.

I paid for refrigerator in room, got none, nor microwave. Staff made excuses. Then another told me same story. I wonder if Indi 500 weekend was real factor. Also lousy breakfast choices, staff not refilling empty dishes

Was asked for more money at the front desk when checking. Reason by staff was that we used credit card and was additional fees

2nd time I've stayed at this hotel and they didn't have my reservation. I booked both times through this website. other than that it's a place to stop for a night after a long trip

Although, the room, was very clean. I was disappointed that the pool was closed, no cream for my morning coffee and no toothpaste available. When we came down for breakfast, a man startled us by loudly asking our room number.I'm not used to a hotel doing that, just to eat.

The hotel is very dark, dingy and very run down. Upon check in we were told the pool and hot tub were closed and would not be open the rest of our trip, which is the main reason we booked here. The place smells very musty. The bedspreads were dirty, the carpet was wet and had a mildew smell, the staff did not seem to care about our complaints. We were told No smoking yet the hallways reeked of marijuana. There were non guests in and out of the place, yelling and screaming in the hallways. We had 4 people in the room and when we asked for clean towels we received 1. The restaurant thad terrible food and was expensive. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. I would not recommend staying here. I would definitely recommend spending a little more money and getting a better hotel. I cannot believe a big chain hotel would pit their name in such a DUMP!

This hotel is placed right next to a SUPER sketchy looking motel and the interstate. However, there are a lot of other nice hotels in the area and you can't hear the interstate traffic. Placed 15 minutes from the center of downtown Indianapolis, it offers convenient access to all of the tourist attractions without paying egregiously high prices. I intend to stay there the next time I go to Indianapolis.

The location was central to everything. And the restaurant was very convenient

As per my title, hotel was REALLY dirty and smelly. It was also so hot in the room with no option to cool it down, so I had to open the window when it was 20 degrees out. Not recommended

I have stayed at this Ramada many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the price is right. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
