This is a quaint, charming duplex with all the character of a historic home with original wood floors. It has a modern updated kitchen and baths. It was well stocked with everything we needed, even a pizza cutter, and satin pillowcase for curly haired girls (IYKYK). There were snacks and water bottles to welcome us after our travel day, so thoughtful.The beds were comfortable. It was so handy to have laundry on-site. It's very close to the downtown area, which was exactly what we wanted.The owner was responsive to any needs thar arose, and accommodated schedule changes due to flight cancelations and adding a night.I highly recommend this rental and we will be staying here again on our next trip to Indy.

Weekend Stay For Supercross
Great place to stay with our family. 7 people slept comfortably and plenty of room to hang out relax and play some cards after our event. Host had everything we needed to make our breakfast. Very clean and nice area.

A great historic house!
We had a great time staying at this house. There was plenty of room for my teenagers to spread out, and we were all very comfortable. The host was very communicative before and during our stay. We caught a Pacers game and it was not far away at all. I highly recommend this rental.
