The room smelled like smoke and filth. There were stains on the walls. The shower head had holes in the wall the tub didn’t drain. The doors had chipped paint. The walkway was plywood. Spent over $100 and was scared. Had to sleep on top of covers in my clothes. Never go there.
I stayed one night but couldn't get any sleep because I kept getting bitten. I had marks on my arm back and butt. I saw a bug crawling on the bed when I was getting ready to check out. I will never go back and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.
The customer service is horrible. If you stay there you may need a tetanus shot. The light did not work at first. I called the front desk they brought up a light bulb. It still didn't work so they had to plug up the cord in the back of the dresser. They will not give you back your money. So don't waste you time with the company.
I have stayed her a few times when looking for an inexpensive room and recently found they have been upgrading the rooms with fresh paint, flat screen tvs, refrigerators and microwaves. Much improved over my earlier visits.
Needed a place to sleep a few hours on a long drive, passing through Indianapolis. Great price, just off the highway, easy to find. Sinks were dirty. The clean towels were damp. The "mattress pad" was lumpy. I woke up in the morning to find that the mattress pad was basically a blanket that covered about 2/3 of the bed. The sheets didn't stay tucked in, so I woke up sleeping directly on a bare mattress. The free breakfast was minimal. Would have been nice to see a piece of fresh fruit. I will not stay at this hotel again.
I would say, for the price it went above my expectation. The front desk was always there to answer my questions and help me out with any issues I had concerning my room. They offer a pretty descent break fast by the front desk. At night it's really quiet to have a good sleep.
So I would rather drive two more hours to somewhere else then stay here. I would rather pull over at a rest stop and sleep in my car then stay here. I would rather...well you get the idea. Needles in the parking lot, carpets so unclean that it's scary to walk on, windows don't open, mattresses were thin. The air conditioner was so horrid that we were afraid any air coming out would kill us. This place is a disaster. The hotel attendant was nice enough, nothing bad to say there. The condition of the hotel and surrounding area make it a complete tear down. Go elsewhere...
Dirty, unsafe, staff argumentative. Left after one night. Couldn't get out fast enough. Doors had no locks, bathroom moldy, tv didn't work. Bathroom door was cut down by 10 inches, toilet bairly bolted to floor, gross, gross, gross.
There were no non smoking rooms. It was grimy and dirty. The building has not been maintained and its structural integrity could be questioned. The attendant was rude and unhelpful. I should have taken pictures to tell the whole truth. AWFUL!!!
The hotel staff was very friendly and also let us check in about two hours early even though they had been super busy the night before. The room was clean for the most part - but I would suggest them getting new comforters and sheets. Ours had some holes in it. I saw really bad reviews online that made me kind of nervous before we arrived but they did not match at all. It was overall a good place to stay. If you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay overnight this would be it. We came for the Supercross race so we really weren't concerned about much other than having a place to sleep, so it was perfect.
