Very comfortable for my family- parents and two teens. Kids loved the games! It was a perfect location. We were able to walk to restaurants, an escape room, and Lucas Oil Stadium. It was a great place to stay for the football game!

Host had great communication, unit was clean and clutter free, and was really convenient 2 block walk to the convention center. Bonus points for a great breakfast spot across the street (Lincoln Square Pancake House)

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Indianapolis. We were in town to see friends and tour UI and this location put us right in the middle of everywhere we needed to be. The property was spotless and had all the amenities mentioned, we felt very at home there. I especially appreciated being within walking distance of several great restaurants and things to do. Giordano's was right across the street (delicious Chicago deep dish here!) and the Lincoln Square Pancake House on the corner was so good we ate there twice! Communication with the host was phenomenal. They were very quick to respond and assist us with some parking questions we had. Not negative but FYI for future guests... There were 2 to 3 steps going up and down between the entrance and the bedrooms and the kitchen/main room so if using stairs is a problem for you just be aware. Also the beds were very firm so if you are used to a squishier mattress that takes an adjustment.

This apartment is in such a great location for walking to restaurants, shops, historical landmarks, stadiums, and convention center.Our friendly host was extremely helpful and prompt with communication and gave us very precise instructions for every step of our stay. We had no issues with our check-in process.My two high-schoolers and middle-schooler loved the gaming table, dart board, and toilet bidets. The apartment was very family friendly and offered a wide variety of channels on the Roku TVs including Disney, Netflix, Paramount, Prime, and more.We did not use the kitchen for cooking, but it seemed very well stocked with the essentials, spices, and extra appliances like an air fryer and blender.The shower heads, water pressure, and temperature were great even with 5 of us showering at night. The mattresses were comfortable, firm, and felt like my memory foam mattress at home.My husband travels a lot for work, and he said he'd choose this apartment 100 times over a hotel room.

Our group had a fantastic stay! Very clean property and quick and thorough communication from host. We love this building as it is close to everything we do in Indy, from being right next to Jack's Donuts, to an easy walk to Lucas Oil, Military Park, the Canal Walk, and all of the downtown restaurants. Thoughfully stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing stay; from coffee makers with a supply of coffee and add-ins, to soap, shampoo, and extra bedding, you won't want for almost anything. A/C worked very well to combat the August heat and appliances were all in good shape. I will say that the pillows were a bit firmer than we're used to, but that's just personal preference . Thanks for a great stay!
