"We loved the view of the golf and how easy it was to get from place to place! Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable. We received a welcome basket congratulating us on our wedding anniversary. That was a nice gesture! The only issue we had was from the valet parking. We rented mopeds for a day and before going to get them, we stopped at valet parking to ask about rates and where we should park. We were told we did not need to pay and they could be stored next to the bike racks. However, when we arrived to park them we were then told we'd have to pay for the overnight parking. He gave us one ticket and told us our room would be charged $40 to park them overnight. We took that loss and went on with our vacation. When we went to check out, we were billed $80 from the valet. We told them our first interaction they told us we were not going to be charged, then, we were told we were going to be charged $40, and now we have an $80 bill. If we had known it was going to cost us this much to store them, we would have either not rented them for the day or found an alternative for parking. My husband then talked with the manager and explained our situation and how we were told multiple different things, and was charged double what we were told. He then says he will take $40 off the bill and only charge us what we were originally quoted. He did not. We were charge the full amount. I was also told I would get an emailed receipt, and I haven't gotten one."
