"Villa alle Cascine” is located in one of the most panoramic places in Imperia: “Le Cascine”, from which it takes its name. Just above the famous "Villa Grock", a beautiful villa from the early twentieth century, in Art Nouveau style, which is now the "Grock Clown Museum" (we recommend a visit!)

There is not a private parking place at this property.
Parking is possible along the street, just a couple meters from the house. However, in this case, the road may get narrower (but it's not a heavily traffic street)
Alternatively, 200 meters from the house, by a small church, there is a small parking area.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests from 14 years old have to pay in cash the Tourist Tax, at the fares decided by Imperia Municipality for "Appartamenti Ammobiliati a Uso Turistico" (short stays apartments)
