Schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit großen Garten. Von dort konnten wir den Harz und die vielen Wanderwege gut erkunden. Sehr schöne Lage. Wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir die Terrasse gut nutzen konnten. Unser Hund hat den großen Garten genossen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir hatten zwar einen schönen Urlaub, aber auch viel Kritik zum Haus: die Betten waren völlig durchgelegen (wir haben alle schlecht geschlafen und ständig Rückenschmerzen), die Couch hatte auch tiefe Kuhlen zwischen Metallstangen - die Ausziehfunktion ist ganz defekt. Die WC-Bürste war einfach nur eklig dreckig, der Duschabfluss war voller verklebtem Dreck und aus allen! Abflüssen kam regelmäßig Fäkaliengeruch. Der Whirlpool pustet sich regelmäßig durch - Schlafen kann dabei niemand im Haus. Der Außenbereich ist 5m hoch zugewachsen, ein Ausblick nach vorne zum Schloss oder Garten von der Terrasse ist unmöglich. Der Sonnenschirm ist im stachligen Wacholder eingewachsen, rund um die Bedienungselemente haben wir selbst die Schere angesetzt. Außerdem ist die Terrasse zu vollgestellt. Der Teich ist zugewachsen und darin ist eine alte blaue Wäschewanne. Wir haben mit einem kleinen Hund gebucht und das auch kommuniziert, aber das Tor zum Gelände ist ein so grobes Gitter, dass unsere Kleine einfach durchgestiegen ist - damit war der Freilauf im Garten gestrichen. Bis die wenig gemütliche Sauna heiß ist, wird es mit 2/15Minuten teuer. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind mit Sicherheit über 10 Jahre alt…Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Haus und vom Gastgeber - obwohl unsere erste Nachricht an den Kundenservice an den Gastgeber weitergeleitet wurde, haben wir keine Rückmeldung bekommen.

Ruhige Lage

Wir sind mit unserem Hund Whisky ( neupfundländermischling) angereist. Der Garten ist schön gross und bietet viel Platz zum Toben .Wer mit kindern anreist findet eine schaukel und rutsche.. Allerdings bräuchten die Beete und Teich mal wieder ein paar liebevolle Hände...Die terrasse bietet platz zum Grillen und chillen... Im Haus selber ist es sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig mit Whirlpool/Badewanne und Dusche... Die Schlafzimmer und anderen Räume sind eher klein gehalten und manchmal etwas eng,aber man verbringt da eh nicht viel zeit ,da man viel unterwegs ist...Küche hat alles was man braucht...im Wohnzimmer ist ein bequemes Sofa, worauf man prima abends entspannt Fernsehen kann ...wenn erforderlich kann sich am kaminofen aufwärmen... Im Eingangsbereich muss man einen zugesendeten code eingeben,sonst öffnet sich nicht die Tür...finde ich gut,da man so keinen Schlüssel verbummeln kann.. Im flur kann man sehr gut jacken aufhängen und schuhe abstellen...schmutzwannen gibt es reichlich für dreckige schuhe... Die Betten sind sehr bequem...auserdem ist zu erwähnen,das es dort sehr ruhig ist und man von der strasse nichts mitbekommt... Von hier aus haben wir sehr viele Attraktionen und Wanderstrecken in kürzester Zeit,höchstens 30 min mit dem Auto, angesteuert. Es war ein sehr schöner ,erholsamer urlaub...nur leider viel zu kurz...

Kein guter Zustand

Bei dem Preis haben wir einfach mehr erwartet. Das Betreiben des Kamins hat nicht gut funktioniert. Entweder das Holz zu nass oder Luftzufuhr defekt. Es gab keine Axt um Holz zu zerkleinern Die Ausziehfunktion der Couch war auch kaputt. Alle Mülltonnen und Aschenbecher waren total überfüllt.
