Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu viert da. Richtige Betten sind eigentlich nur für drei Leute da. Die Schlafcouch kann bezogen werden, war sie aber bei unserer Ankunft nicht, obwohl klar war, dass vier Leute anreisen. Die Lüftung des Kühlhauses ist immens laut. Wir waren zu einer Zeit dort, wo man aufgrund der Witterungsverhältnisse nicht draußen frühstücken konnte, aber selbst wenn man vom Wetter her gekonnt hätte, wäre es so laut, dass es kein Vergnügen ist bei dem Lärm ca 1,5 Meter neben den lärmenden Ventilatoren zu sitzen. Die Lüftung läuft natürlich auch in der Nacht und stört wirklich beim Schlafen. Der Shop des Besitzers unter dem Apartment, fängt in aller Herrgottsfrühe an zu rumpeln. Es ist schade, wenn man dadurch in seinen Ferien aufgeweckt wird. Die Klospülung ist mehrere Male defekt gewesen, wurde aber vom Besitzer schnell behoben. Es gibt gewisse Lichtschalter, die man nicht drücken darf, sonst hat man in der ganzen Wohnung keinen Strom mehr, das ist etwas nervig, da man ständig den Besitzer kontaktieren muss. Sonst war die Wohnung wirklich in sehr guten Zustand und sehr modern eingerichtet.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Abstrichen

Insgesamt schön. Leider kann man den Aussenbereich, Terrasse, nicht wirklich nutzen, da dahinter die großen Klimaanlagen der unter dem Apartment liegenden Metzgerei sehr laut brummen und Wärme abstrahlen. Der Backofen funktionierte nicht und wenn man die Jalousie des oberen Fensters zur Straße raus betätigt haut es die Hauptsicherung raus und man sitzt im Dunkeln

Le séjour était super, seul l’insonorisation est pas top. Réveil à 7h a cause des frigo du restaurant en face. Dommage que il est des sorte de Clim à coter de la terrasse trop bruyante donc nous n’avons pas profiter de l’extérieur. Tout le reste était top.

Great place

The apartment is in a great location in Costa Nova, close to all amenities. It is stylish, clean and is super well equipped. You can hear some noise from the shop below, but this didn’t really bother us. The host is friendly and helpful.

Esperienza molto positiva, casa come nella descrizione, accogliente e onesta. Qualità/prezzo! C'è un po' di rumore e odore dato dalle ventole esterne che alimentano il negozio sottostante… Manca un tavolo esterno per usufruire del patio. Manca una macchinetta del caffè normale (moka o americano) che non siano le cialde della Nespresso (vendute dal proprietario sotto casa)… Costa Nova cittadina molto carina. Esperienza che merita!
