House of approximately 120 m2 with a 1000m2 garden located on the island of Arz, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbilhan, and just next to the island of monks, and opposite Vannes. Small island in the beautiful gulf with superb wild coasts.

The house is located less than a minute from the sea and the main street.

It includes an American kitchen with dishwasher, a living room, 6 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.

Equipment: washing machine, televisions, etc.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends on this magnificent Breton island.

Espace parfait pour famille nombreuse

Nous cherchions plusieurs lits et une destination en bord de mer! Combos parfait! Équipée parfaitement sauf peut être une balance ou verre doseur pour faire des gâteaux aux pommes que vous trouverez dans le jardin. Un séchoir intérieur aurait pu être appréciable en cas de mauvais temps plusieurs jours d’affilés ( pas le cas pour nous). Autonomie parfaite et le contact sur place de Marie Charlotte était super! Merci à elle pour sa réactivité 🙂
