My 11 year daughter found an explicit toy underneath the bathroom sink, there were holes in the interior and exterior walls, missing tiles, loose railings, spiders and other people's hair in the pool, the restaurant is "open" but plunged into darkness and freezing cold, and my key card was turned off at 10:30am (30 minutes prior to checkout) leaving us soaking wet from the pool, freezing and unable to get into our room. The manager refused to return my call to discuss any of this with me.

No hand soap. Phone did not connect to the front desk. No type of USB connection. Some Tv remote buttons worked and some did not. Couch was covered with dog hair. Pretty dumpy place. Bathroom floor was sticky. The toilet ran all night. The bed had a huge indent/dip on one side. The sheets and mattress protector were inside out. Room was not clean and very decrepit and falling apart.
