Power didn’t work in first room. The staff told us to wait until it could be fixed (at 11pm) then later decided to give us another room that was the same style but a queen and not a king and told us to not sleep in one of the beds. Why??? The floor and shower was loaded with hair but we were so over it that we just left.

For the price I would have thought it would be nice. $264 plus a $35 early check and a $25 cot. The hotel was dirty, and a water damage smell. Windowsills throughout the hotel were dirty with dirt and grub and the carpets were so gross. They need to upgrade or give some motel 6 prices. The staff though, very friendly and helpful.

Great view

The hotel is a little on the older side, the room had the best view of the River and LDS temple. For river views you want to say in the Odd # rooms as they face the river. The was a little boatracing going on but it was over by 9pm and all was quiet. THE patio REALLY needed a good cleaning, and would be fin to sit outside to people/car watch. Resturants are within walking distance on either side.

Unfortunately it took over 30 min to check in. There was a line out the door and zero other staff to help the 1 front desk staff, but the guy working was very courteous. The room was clean but dated. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. We saw multiple people come in, check out the offerings then leave. Probably the worst hotel/motel breakfast we've had. Surprising because of the hotel rating. The room was clean but the buffet was gross and in disrepair. There were cupboard doors missing that were laying inside inside the cabinet, there were cobwebs, the whole breakfast experience was bad. I really dont like leaving such harsh words, but honestly, even if the food and offerings were going to he bad, it could have at least been clean and tidy. For the price we were super disappointed. We will not stay there again.
