True to the property name we found it both charming and cozy! One of our grown kids said they would love to have a similar property one day (they especially loved the charming anf cozy basement rooms). Wonderfully decorated and extremely utility with a variety of kitchen and laundry appliances. Owners provide clear and detailed information for check-in and check-out. Very convenient location if visiting IDF Temple, BYUI in Rexburg, Museum of Idaho, Swan Valley, Craters of the Moon & INL sites (last two listed are open in the summer), etc. You will not be disappointed!

Great location relative to downtown and cutely decorate house.The mattress and pillows were extremely worn which made it hard to sleep. The washer didnt have a water softener so it was a challenge to wash clothes, had to get borox. And the kitchen didnt have soap or sponges for dishes so we had to buy some to do dishes.

This was a perfectly equipped stay for us traveling with a toddler. It was incredibly clean and well kept, warm during midwinter, comfortable, and centralized/close to many things to do and places to eat. We have family in the area and will keep this stay at the top of our list when traveling to visit.

College Graduation

We stayed with family meeting for college graduation. There are multiple beds and bedrooms which was nice; the living space isn’t very large but was fine for us because we weren’t there much. There are nice parks and restaurants nearby; large backyard is fenced and makes a nice place to spread out and relax.

Cozy and comfy

We stayed here one night while visiting family in the area. This place was spotless! It even smelled nice when we walked in. It was also warm and cozy which is key in Idaho Falls in the winter. Beds were comfy, everything was perfect. The neighborhood is very cute and safe. Easy access to the downtown area where there are cute shops and we got great coffee. I do recommend bringing an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping. There are lots of amazing windows and there’s a street light outside so the master room stayed pretty bright all night. We will absolutely be back next time we are in town!
