Sink was stopped up and full. TV did not work. No table or chair in the room.

Very small and simple Hotel. Breakfast was definitely simple from what they usually have. Our room was very clean and Quiet.

No food on breakfast wi traveling and lucking different place for breakfast and lost our time

The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was generally helpful. The facility is old and a little run down. The floor lamp in my room didn't have a bulb but it didn't matter because the outlet near the lamp didn't have power.

Filthy dirty, dried puke on box spring, no plug in tub and so much filth in drain water wouldnt drain. Thick layer of dirt covering the bathroom fan. Dirt on rug..not sure the last time they vacummed. Dog in room next to us barking for over 1hour...sounded like it was locked in bathroom because we could hear it banging against the door. We called the front desk and they said they would try to locate the owners but never heard back and the poor dog continued to bark and cry. When we checked out no one asked how our stay was so I told them about the puke on the bed. Answer was "ok I'll tell her to check it." No I'm sorry or show of concern. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in but since all others in the ares were full we took a chance..never again!!!

There were so many toenail clippings on the floor in several places in the room. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in awhile. Especially on the sides of the beds where the nightstand is at. UGH

First room's toilet was running. Went to jiggle the handle and the chain was broken. Staff graciously relocated me. Second room had a TV remote that was synced to the cable box but not the TV, rendering it inoperable. There was also a four-gang outlet box with two dead receptacles. Rank smell in the hallway, but that may have been caused by the high school baseball team staying there.

I didnt feel safe and nothing was up to date. I was scared to take my shoes off thinking i would get something. I waiting for help for 20min before someone came to help me check in

The hotel condition overall is good, but whoever cleaned my room cut corners. I was already settled in and didn't want to change rooms when I noticed a couple of dirty towels and a dirty pillow case. The sink and counter had hair on it. I notified the front desk in the morning and she was disappointed. Breakfast was good with a good selection.

Good value and location, free breakfast was as good or better than more expensive chains.

We had a hard time finding a room available so we settled on FairBridge Inn & Suites for a 2 night weekend stay. We were charged a higher than average price for a 1 queen bed room with an easy chair. The sink faucet had a squeaky and leaky handle, the toilet was the smallest, lowest size and was badly stained. The breakfast was barely average and due to the tour bus crowd (which seemed to be their main business) it was hard to maneuver to get something to eat. The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The ice machine didn't work either. The maid forgot to leave toiletries and the wake-up call we requested never came. The iron had a dirty handle.

I’m a very critical person, but for the price I paid... this hotel is what I expected. The complementary breakfast was good: all the basics milk, juice, bread, eggs, waffles. Parking was abundant. The property was very old and the pool was being renovated. The shower was a bit scary as I didn’t shower with the curtain closed because I was scared of it. The chair had a slash mark in it, and the skin was old and crusty. I’m a solo traveler and just needed a place to rest for the evening during a road trip. Would I say here again, yes. Would I stay with friends and family, probably not.

We liked the room but the heater was either on or off (could not adjust the temperature to a comfortable level). There were a few ants on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and after all isn't that why you get a hotel in the first place? Breakfast was just OK if you like a serve yourself, make your own, and crock-pot eggs, and crock-pot sausage gravy.

We had never stayed at a Fairbridge before. We were “gifted” a night at the hotel when Orbitz made a mistake in booking some flight reservations. The hotel has not been updated since the 1960s. It is dank and depressing, located on an industrial street and difficult to find, as it is set off the road. To get to our room, we had to drive around back of the hotel. The parking area was poorly lit. The hallways are long and poorly lit. Even though we arrived after dark, the place was so creepy, after checking the room, we decided to find another place to stay. Fortunately, there was a much better Best Western a few doors down. Bottom line: although Orbitz had paid for our night at this hotel, we could not bring ourselves to stay there.

Definitely could use an upgrade. Shower head was so caked in hard water stains that water shot in all different directions. Continental breakfast wasn't very good. I put the do not disturb sign on my door when I left my room and they still went in and made bed and changed towels. I thought do no disturb meant don't enter! Bed was comfortable and staff were nice.

This hotel was horrible and dirty. Bathroom had mold, urine everywhere, used floss in tub, floor not clean, carpet coming up, spider webs, no soap, bedding stained. I couldn't get out of the room fast enough. Orbitz I am disappointed that a room to this standard would ever be published online as an option.
