Nice, clean, comfortable room. No bed bugs. Decent breakfast choices, though I didn't find the oatmeal until after I had cooked a waffle. Good experience. Stronger wifi would have been nice.

Old hotel with no added amenities and a bit confusing finding the entrance the first time. But the hotel was actually at a very convenient location, near freeway, airport, lots of restaurants and a good stop before West Yellowstone if you reach Idaho Falls at night and don't want to go up US 20 specially during winter nights. Hotel staff very friendly and willing to help.

Pros: Really clean, quiet room, has indoor pool that is clean and had pool towels. Breakfast had several choices and glad it was not just continental. Breakfast was what we expected for "hot breakfast included" at this hotel. Had lemon infused water for us in the lobby when we arrived and chocolate chip cookies there at night when we returned from our day. Staff was pretty friendly. Room even smelled clean. Cons: Low water pressure for shower, mattress was way too firm for our liking, Wished there was a towel rack in the bathroom to hang hand towel and to let bath towels dry-only a hook on the back of the door and a vertical handrail and that wasn't enough or sufficient. Some WIFI issues that may or may not have been related to outages reported in news. Not sure. Didnt get a free newspaper in the AM as described online. Just an observation, didnt care if we did or didnt.

Nice Facility, but located in industrial/noisy neighbor. Mattress was not the best. WiFi was abysmal

At $100.00 a night ,you should at least be able to get CMT. No history channel either. The cable was pretty much the lowest package you can buy. Would not recommend this hotel ,unless it was an emergency.

We were only there one night so we didn't do a lot of exploring.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and answered all my questions. Great place to stay.

A great stay for night with friends in the area. Staff was friendly

I'm not a complainer, but in the hopes that this review helps others, I want to share my negative experience. My husband and I had camped in the Tetons, Yellowstone, and Glacier National Parks for two weeks and were flying out of Idaho Falls. We needed a place to stay for one night where we could get showered and clean, do some laundry, and just relax. Our room smelled of cigarette and so the kind girl at the front desk changed it - to another room that also smelled of cigarette but we were told that there weren't any other rooms available. When I showered, the smell of smoke released from the paint and shower stall. I did not feel clean. The two employees that were helping just shook their head and appearing embarrassed said, We're trying so hard to get that smell out. Choice Hotels needs to gut and renovate those rooms. The roof had leaked evident from the damage starting on the ceiling of the 2nd floor down to the floor of the 1st floor. We weren't looking for anything fancy - but this was pretty terrible. If I could do it over I would not stay here.

It was fine I am not sure what else I should put here. It was nice they allow dogs.

Good hotel, stayed for a night during 4th of july, little farther than the downtown strip of hotels, but no complaints (location wise, quality wise).

I was in and out in one night, however the staff was polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the room was quiet. Overall great experience. Also great access from Interstate 15.
