Welcome to our newly renovated 1958 bungalow! This cozy home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and all-new appliances. Enjoy hardwood floors upstairs, carpet downstairs, and a large fenced backyard. Relax in the living room or game room, both with 58-inch TVs, plus a dedicated office area with fiber internet. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport, downtown, and the LDS Temple, with Yellowstone and other attractions within 90 minutes.

This is a fantastic house with a very responsive owner. Super clean large house in a safe neighborhood with a nice patio space. Big fridge holds all the foods for cooking. Plenty of dishes and coffee maker. Huge living room with very nice couch. The house is in a great location and everything seems to be under 10 minutes away. Any questions that I sent to the owner he replied quickly. Very easy check in process. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Idaho Falls.
