On arrival it looks fine nestled next to hotel Hawaii, however as soon as you start to deal with the incompetent staff on reception you start to realise what kind of hotel this is. Had to change rooms due to ridiculous noise from groups of lads next door (night staff do nothing) both had dodgy bathrooms and the smell of sulphur is really bad! It's full of kids and so with no real management of the hotel they run wild and play loud music, scream, shout, try to kill each other ... all from midnight till 4.00am and beyond. If you are a fully functioning adult looking to stay somewhere you can get some sleep and have an enjoyable break avoid this dump. Don't deal with reception in cash they are barely capable (except for one really helpful girl) of administering a room key, it is better to use card so you have some recourse, as was my experience with a late checkout fee that needed refunding...
Upper floor room .....bad air con , bad wifi , smell in bathroom, in high winds glass panel on door bangs all night !!???! Also ssleep with rowdy guests shouting all night . Staff friendly but completely un motivated . Worst house keeping I've ever experienced. Avoid unless your clubbing !
Located in great place, right next to the beach. Perfect However.... I've stayed in hostels better than this hotel. Bar closes at 8. Pool area is small with a bar area. Reception is dark and outdated. Reception staff.... Lady with head band always on her mobile phone, or sat on loungers outside having a cig, when she does come to the desk she is scratching her private parts. Guy with white shirt, when we arrived the bedding was dirty and the pillow cases didn't look like they had been changed from the last guest, so...... I went down to tell him and his reply was... bring me the dirty bedding and I will swap... erm no..... anyway, if I wanted clean sheet I had to change the bed myself.... Room itself was scruffy, old and needed some updating.... very very noisy on the lower floors. Next day I asked to be moved which they did to a higher floor, room was much better, better view and larger, looked like may have had lick of paint recently.. The water in the hotel taste disgusting, although I wouldn't drink it as is normal in Spain, it is even difficult to shower in it as the taste and smell is horrid. We ran out of toilet roll in the room so I asked the guy in the white shirt if at reception if i could have a new one, he gave me two old used ones.. one clearly had been wet at some point possibly with wee.... its disgusting and giving a guest a toilet rollwhich has been half used is horrid, who knows what hands have touched that.. I'd rather go buy some from the shop than use that. They tv is pointless as has no remote, I've not even asked if reception has one because I'll probably be asked for a large deposit. Also no English tv channels. All in all I would say this hotel is not fit for families or couples and is a hotel purely for groups who wish to simply just go to sleep. If you want any form of luxury then do not come to this hotel, many many more hotels around which are much better. Obviously you do not need to take my word for it and are welcome to waste your cash. If the hotel manager would like to discuss this I am here a few more days..
Hotel is cheap so I wasn't expecting the ritz, it is clean and basic, but perfect for a cheap base, could be better to have more than 1 plug socket in a room as charging anything is near enough impossible also a small fridge to keep a couple of drinks cool would of been good. The location was good and the view of the bay from the balcony was beautiful especially at sunset (see attached photo) but unfortunately as hotel is reasonably priced it attracts the groups of 18 - 20 year olds who have no thought or consideration for anyone, they sit on the balcony from 10pm till 2am drinking, blasting music, inhaling gas canisters, then they go off clubbing for about 3 hours only to come back onto the balcony at 5am and carry on their session, (photo attached of their balcony one morning to show just how much gas they were doing) and they left it like that each morning for the maid to clean up. I would definitely be looking for a more expensive hotel the next time I visit Ibiza in the hope that it isn't full of teenagers
Stayed for 2 nights and I think the only selling point of this hotel is its location. It is a few steps away from the beach, and restos/bars etc. The room itself is outdated. Sheets and pillows are so low quality and uncomfortable (read : rough). Airconditioning is very poor and inconsistent (and takes time to "cool"). Wifi connection is erratic. I found trusting the door knob of the room very difficult (felt so unsecured). Overall, this hotel needs some refurbishment/renovation; price doesnt commensurate to the facilities/experience, so I'd take my money somewhere else the next time.
Well, I have no expectation at first, but it should at least have proper air-conditioning, wi-fi connection as well as secure doorknob in the room that looks like from the 70's. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel coz for sure you can find a better one for the price they're asking for.
checked in quite quickly, 4 euro a night for safe i thought a bit steep. Reception quite helpful. room was clean and spacious, lots of storage ,but very dated. Bathroom again very dated.air con worked well but its takes a little while. Small pool , but cant comment as didnt use it .Wifi not great Good location 30seconds from the beach. bars and restaurants close by. didnt hear any noise at night ,but im a good sleeper. It wasnt dear for ibiza so probably right value.
Perfectly located right next to the beach, restaurants and bars. The pool area was clean and adequate, as was the hotel. It's outstanding feature is it's location. The air conditioned rooms were very welcome and my room allowed great views of the sunset each evening. I had some difficulties connecting to wifi - but this seems to be a problem in many of the hotels I have stayed in, in different parts of Spain. It was free though. All in all a great choice for a hotel, and at a reasonable price.
The room was very basic old-fashioned the door kept sticking on the floor The bath was rusty no one in the hotel had any water hot or cold, on the last day of are holiday. people were taking showers at the poolside shower . The bar closed early at the poolside on our last day . For the size of the hotel there was only 19 some lounging beds round the pool x we rang the manager of the hotel to tell her about the water and she put the phone down on us. No air-conditioning in any of the rooms the only good thing about this hotel was the location .
We booked a very reasonably priced 4 night stay at the Neptuno and wasn't expecting much for the price! We were really presently surprised. The hotel was clean and spacious. We had a lovely balcony with a sea view. My friends and I had a single bed each so we had three beds in the room but it was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just next yo the beach and Ocean Beach club. It's about 20 minutes walk from the busy West End. The hotel was quiet and the staff great. We had an issue with our safe one evening (or mistake key left with a friend) the reception staff lent us some cash to buy an evening meal. I would really highly recommend the hotel to groups of friends or families. A fantastic find !! The only improvements we would suggest would be a fridge in the room and more than one plug socket. For three girls that was a struggle. Thanks again,
