Loved our time in Utah

What an absolutely stunning place! The rooms are well set up, so much room in the dining area, patio, and living room to relax with family. The sheets and towels were so soft. So many utensils and things to cook with. Great communication, great pool, nothing to complain about at all!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived we could not find the unit and realized that RedAwning had left off the unit # out of the address details. We knew the building, but with so many units we had no idea which on was ours. I reached out to our intown contact Brandy and she was very helpful in helping unravel small piece of information and get us into our place. After that short conversation - it was a wonderful stay. Very clean and had everything we needed for our entire stay. FYI: If you are hauling a trailer to go 4-wheeling at Sand Hollow or surrounding places there is NO trailer parking near. We were lucky enough that the owner let us park in the Texaco lot nearby.

Aesthetically it’s a well done property. However, not well constructed considering we heard every conversation and basic activity of the neighbors above and adjacent to the condo we rented.I am certain the reciprocal is true as well. Extensive highway noise even though the property is somewhat removed from the freeway.

Spacious and conveniently located

We had a very good stay. Loved the rental, it was spacious. We would have loved to play tennis but the owner told us that they are not responsible for providing rackets. We should have received a letter stating that prior to leaving. We would have taken our own. There is no elevator in the building. My mother in law had a hard time going up the stairs. I would recommend sharing this info with future travelers. Everything was in good shape overall, the place had minor wear on the furniture. One of the mugs had a broken handle and the towel holder in the master bedroom was broken. We could hear the neighbors on the top and next door. Overall, great place and wonderful experience. Conveniently located at the 15 and the 9 freeway. Close to Zion and all other attractions in town.

The property was amazing- clean, great location, and great for the price. The AC actually stopped working while we were there and within a few hours it was fixed. That was the only issue during our stay.
