Staff is very good and help if something is wrong or something happened. Beach towel is free. You get there good food&drinks. And sun shine every day. We go back october this hotel"ours home". :-) :-)

I stayed for one week in this hotel with my family ,we all enjoyed specially kids with weather and helpful staff the only things need is improve the quality of food and restaurant service . thank you for all.

Stayed at this hotel in March 2017, as a female solo traveller. Given a huge very clean room by the excellent staff. I can't speak highly enough of the staff there, they were helpful and nothing too much trouble. The General Manager Mr Mahmoud arranged for me to eat with my friends who were staying in one of the linked hotels. Going back in May.

I stayed on this hotel for a couple nights. Weather was great in Feb and really I enjoyed my stay. Food was good and everyone try to help and give you a special start for your day.thanks for all front office staff for your support and information to make a wonderful sea trip in hurghada.I suggested to my friends and sure I will be back. Thanks alot

Big hotel with big rooms, we were greeted by very accommodating staff and taken up to our room on the fifth floor. We were given a typed letter with the meal times and details of the all inclusive package. Our luggage was brought up with us and we were shown to a room overlooking the central court and the two outdoor pools. The room was huge with a double and two single beds, ensuite shower and toilet. There was a balcony with two chairs and a small table, there was a double wardrobe with full length mirror doors, a three seat couch, large low table and a dressing mirror on the wall, refrigerator but the only thing missing was electrical points. One in the bathroom and one in the main part of the room. I had to retune the TV to get any station, most were a snow storm on the screen but BBC world news worked well. Coming down to dinner the first night we found the restaurant rather chilly, the food was edible for me who has very catholic tastes, but at times during our weeks stay my wife was dissapointed as she likes good plain food with no dressings or spices. She had to resort to bread, cheese and salad on occasions. Breakfasts are great with the chef cooking omelettes, pancakes or fried eggs as you require. My main complaint was the food in the salvers on the dinner and breakfast buffet were never really piping hot as it was heated by spirit lamps and not electrical heaters or hot water. Lunch was served in the Olivios restaurant at the Triton beach resort and not in the main hotel. To get to the beach resort the main road in front of the hotel had to crossed, then a 200 metre walk down braving the gauntlet of shop owners wanting you to come into their shop and buy whatever trinket or souvenir they had out. This was quite interesting at first, but after the second day of being accosted, it gets rather tedious the same people morning noon and night. On the beach I cannot praise the towel staff enough especially Wael, he will reserve you a bed, put out your towels for you and even offer advice, where to see the best of the fish around, even put a red flag on the wind screen to keep away all the beach sellers. If you don't use the flag be prepared to be kept talking all day by dive trip sales, desert atv safaris, facials, beauty therapists, doctors who have fallen on hard times give massages. I was asleep in the sun one morning when one put his folder down against my leg, luckily my wife was in ear shot or he would have learn some new Anglo Saxon language. Give small tips to all the staff as they help you and they appreciate it. An Egyptian pound is approx 5p so a 20 el note is enough at each meal or when the waiter fetches your drinks. Wine is not included in the all inclusive package, beer is served in 1/4 pint glasses, the spirits are large measures sometimes triples, I could not tell the difference between the local whisky or brandy even though they are all labelled 12 years old, including gin, vodka, rum and ouzo. The decor is old and tired and needs a lift to brighten it up. If you want a decent mug of tea or coffee, take your own as they do not object to filling them for you. There did not seem to be much entertainment in the hotel and it meant another braving of the street walk if you went down to the beach resort in the evening. All in all not a bad hotel for the price we paid.

I absolutely recommend staying away from this hotel. Rooms were like 1970s style. Plumbing didn't work properly. Hot water was scarce. Food was terrible. Staff were rude. The hotel is located in a somewhat disconnected neighborhood. The only positive thing was the security guy at the hotel entrance who was so friendly and funny

Very Nice and helpfull staf- for sure i Will be back - been there a lot of times.👍👍👍 The cleaning was Very Good 👍👍👍 I feel Very safe- the Security staff always look What taxi we was take👍 The internet in the reception was Very Good and fast 😄

The room was spacious and practical, but very worn down. This puts 'pressure' on cleaning which not was met appropriately by the cleaning staff. The curtains were stained, the carpet was not even remotely tried to be maintained. Bed and floor tiles were the only good maintained areas. Door and walls on the bathroom were stained which really made the stay somewhat unpleasant. Main room table I cleaned myself after a few days. I felt that I was unlucky with the cleaning staff (which actually made me fill out the internal review of the hotel while they were supervising my writing early the day before I left - one of them claimed it was necessary to collect it early). Reception staff was limited helpful if they was able to help. Other staff was a little too interested in in-house sales and tip-aggregating help, but this is customary to the area and has to be tolerated. The best experience was in the breakfast room. The staff was attending and serving really pleasantly. They made the difference between poor and average.

What can I say about the Triton Empire hotel apart from "I can't wait to return later this year " We booked as a last minute Christmas and New year break and can honestly say it was the best decision I have made in a long time. We booked all inclusive but there are also bed and breakfast and half board options The hotel is equipped with a gym which is free of charge for all inclusive guests which is perfect for working off all the excess food we consumed ☺ The hotel does not have its own beach but we had full access to the beach at the sister resort Triton Empire Beach which is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Our room which was infact a beautiful suite was located on the 6th floor overlooking the local hospital and the main shopping district. The staff are amazing here and catered to our every need The hotel even has a cash machine which made accessing our money very easy and straightforward We are seriously thinking of booking again for Christmas this year we enjoyed it so much Thank you Triton Empire Hotel giving us a memorable festive season We will see you again soon

First time in this hotel.. For sure we will come back. The rooms are good size and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and service in the hotel is good. It's in the old part of the city what gives you a good view of the old hurghada. Thank you guys for making this a holiday to never forget.
