Overall had a pleasant experience. The facilities were clean, the staff was courteous, and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, I’d like to offer a suggestion regarding the animation team. While the hotel promotes entertainment and activities, I found the animation team to be noticeably absent during much of the day. Their presence is essential to energize the environment and engage guests with fun options. It would be great if they were more visible and available throughout the day—whether by the pool, in the lobby, or during meal times—to actively offer their programs and encourage participation. A more proactive approach from the animation team could truly elevate the guest experience, especially for families and solo travelers looking to connect and enjoy the full range of activities.

This is my 4th visit to the hotel, the reasons I kept choosing to go back were because of the hotel set up, the adult only element and the relaxing environment, and perhaps I am aging quicker than I thought. They have made some changes even since my last visit in October, and yes I still love the hotel but can see some of the changes are meant to attract the younger element, so I either have to accept the changes or change my choices! The food at the Beach restaurant as as one previous visits lovely, with the customer service being great as well as the food. But the food in the main restaurant was not up to the usual standard, so hoping that is only a glitch not the new standard! The one think they need to look at is the noise from the adjoining hotel, the pure beats sounds laying around the hotel was often drowned out by the sounds from the partnering hotel, such a shame, I know I could go to the beach and miss it all, but I like the pool side.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay, celebrating another part of our honeymoon as well as my birthday. From start to finish, the experience was truly special. The weather was windier than expected, so we had to wrap up on the beach, but the hotel provided a cozy cover. The food was fantastic, especially in the adults-only restaurants. Enjoying sparkling wine at breakfast while taking in the beautiful view was a highlight for us. Our in-room jacuzzi was an absolute delight— we used it almost every day, watching the world passing by! It was such a relaxing way to unwind after exploring. We felt very safe throughout our stay, as security checked guests at the entry, which was reassuring. The Thai massage at the spa was incredible—definitely worth experiencing. Getting taxis to and from the airport was easy, though it’s a good idea to have some cash on hand just in case. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and always helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated how coffee, drinks, and snacks were replenished regularly. Overall, an amazing experience, and we’d love to return!

We reserved a golf house suite at this hotel, they gave us a room in the first floor does not have any any view to the golf and has no no privacy at all, in the path of walkway. According to the hotel website description to this room, should have a tub with jets , we only have shower. For that we put all the blackouts curtains all the time other wise you are sleeping on the street. We were living in a darkness the entire stay. On the top of that the front disk staff made us feel we selected the lowest and cheapest room and for that the the room they gave us is the worst. The priority of this hotel to give their guests who book directly through them the best and who booked through Expedia is whatever left. Horrible front disk staff and horrible treatment. We always book our all trips through Expedia, no more we will try to book through the hotel directly to be treated right.

Third visit to the hotel, they have been making some changes, some of them are great, like the live musicians around the main pool in the afternoon, very relaxing, and on one day they set up a fresh fruit bar, having the fruit cut up fresh for you one the selection is made.

Gorgeous resort

Beautiful property with modern, clean design. Splurge on the jacuzzi room to give yourself more space, a large patio, and jacuzzi with views! Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. The Alex on the beach is better for lunch than dinner. Also tried the sushi restaurant, but be aware, they have a restricted menu for "all inclusive."

Gorgeous hotel, food is delicious, the all inclusive is a ripoff. Gorgeous hotel, enjoyed our time. I was expecting more than two beers in the mini bar per day. Service and staff are excellent. Just felt limited in an all inclusive environment and that type of stress is unnecessary on vacay. Additionally, we were told that we had to make reservations to all the restaurants ahead of our arrival as they have very limited seating for the all inclusive in the sought after restaurant on the beach. Must try, it was delish! Would recommend going back for sure
