The staff not friendly at all; towels not included in my package and can’t use the water park too it’s additional charge and this was not mentioned while booking the hotel; no one from the staff is wearing masks; pool closes at 6 which is too early

Logés en appartement dans le complexe hôtelier, grand appartement pour 6 personnes, bien équipé. Accès aux facilités de l'hôtel. Hôtel : grand, bcp de piscines (une seule chauffée l'hiver mais suffit car peu de monde). Un aquapark sympa (seul bémol il faut être en all incl pour y avoir accès gratuitement, ceci dit pas de control l'hiver mais eau hyper froide !). Gros point faible de l'hôtel : la nourriture. Buffet avec beaucoup de choix (chaque soir spécialité d'un pays, mais pas de spécialité locale), mais qualité très faible. On a testé le resto italien de l'hôtel, sincèrement à éviter, vraiment mauvais. Bref tout était bien sauf la nourriture. Emplacement loin du centre ville, rien à faire à côté, dommage. L'hôtel propose des excursions et des taxis. Personnel sympa.
