The whole place is filthy. There was animal hair and grime in the corners everywhere. In the elevator, halls, rooms, i mean everywhere. The beds were thin and belonged in a prison. The final straw was a cockroach crawling across the floor. I had booked 2 days through hotels.com and wasn't able to get a refund. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice and cannot just sleep in your vehicle.

Shame on Surban Hotels

The outside you have people food that is look good but the inside and the customer Service is a dump. You guys don’t even have enough towels to wash off with.
