Bugs and ants have photos of bugs crawling on the night stand. Service never cleaned our room, no fresh towels or sheets ever swapped out. Room smelled horrible like armpits.

We were traveling to the area for work and our jobsite was causing us to extend our stay a couple times. The staff at the desk was very understanding and despite the fact we reserved through Expedia and not through the hotels official website they were curteous and only charged us a $25 dollar additional deposit each time we extended instead of the full amount. The room was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I personally loved the fact that there was no charge to do laundry since we had to wash our work clothes constantly. Thanks for the great stay and hospitality Sonesta. Fantastic job.
