Unfortunately, our stay at this property was one of the worst experiences we’ve had through Vrbo.The unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival, our check-in code was incorrect, and we discovered moldy, filthy sheets on the bed. When we contacted the property owner, they only offered to send cleaners after the fact — by then, we had already been exposed and forced to clean and disinfect the space ourselves just to make it through the night. My husband and I are both allergic to mold, and the situation posed a serious health risk.Instead of issuing a proper refund, the owner attempted to reimburse part of our original payment, then became completely unreachable to both us and Vrbo. It took nearly five days of calls and escalation with Vrbo support to have the issue finally resolved.We cannot, in good conscience, recommend this property.
