Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid
Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This was not one of them.
