We walked into a very cold room, so cold that we went down to ask for a different room which we did receive. Second room was good except for wi-fi. Our phones would connect to wi-fi in the lobby but would immediately disconnect back in the room. We had to call the provided number for tech support. Finally, we just went to bed; in the morning we had wi-fi in the room. In summary, neither one of those things should have happened.

I really dont understand why this hotel doesnt have 5 stars. Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel was very clean, pleasant staff, clean pool. Glad we made the choice to stay here!
