Bon logement mais déception sur la gestion
Le logement est bien situé, permet de rejoindre les pistes de ski à pied. Il contient tous les équipements nécessaires, notamment dans la cuisine. Le logement est parfaitement adapté pour 4 personnes, mais à 6 vous serez à l'étroit.
Nous avons cependant passé une fin de séjour décevante à cause du gardien de l'immeuble qui nous gère. A notre arrivée à 18h30 (nous avions prévenu bien en amont), il n'était pas là et nous a laissé l'appartement ouvert avec 1 jeu de clés. Il était de sortie et a dit qu'il serait de retour à 19h pour les papiers et nous donner les clés et l'accès stationnement. Pas de nouvelles jusqu'au lendemain 8h30 (heureusement que nous ne sommes pas venus en voiture sinon nous aurions été embêtés). Aucun état des lieux n'a été fait à l'arrivée, mais nous avons signalé que ce n'était pas vraiment propre (vaisselle sale, plaque de cuisson). Le gardien nous a accueilli après avoir fait une grosse soirée la veille, ce qui manque de professionnalisme.
La veille de notre départ nous croisons le gardien et lui indiquons que nous partons le lendemain matin très tôt (navette bus à 7h30 pour notre train à Grenoble à 9h). Nous lui proposons même de faire l'état des lieux la veille au soir. Il nous indique que ce n'est pas un soucis que nous pourrons laisser les clés dans la boite aux lettres en partant. C'est ce que nous avons fait, mais ensuite il a indiqué au propriétaire de l'appartement que l'état de l'appartement ne permettait en aucun cas de le louer. Il a envoyé des photos sur lesquelles nous ne voyons absolument rien, même le propriétaire nous l'a avoué par téléphone, mais explique faire confiance à son gardien avec qui il travaille depuis plusieurs années. Nous comprenons la position du propriétaire, mais avons été très déçus par l'attitude du gardien qui ne s'est pas montré du tout transparent. Nous reconnaissons ne pas avoir été assez prudent sur l'état du lavabo dans la salle de bain, mais tout le reste était propre. Le propriétaire a donc souhaité garder notre caution de 60€, mais a accepté de nous demander uniquement la moitié. Nous apprécions le geste mais avons un goût amer de cette expérience. Le propriétaire nous a indiqué selon le règlement, l'état des lieux de sortie devait se faire entre 10h et 12h en personne, or nous avons vérifié sur notre réservation, il était indiqué que le départ devait se faire avant 11h.
C'est dommage car l'appartement est très bien, mais attention à votre expérience avec ce gardien.
