Good value for such a big corner room with great windows and view. Only downside is construction is occurring close by during the day as I write this review, but that will eventually be completed.

Staff was courteous, efficient, accommodating. Room was clean, pool was pleasant and the location was quiet enough to sleep well. Good food, market and 7-11 nearby Khao Hin Lek Fai เขาหินเหล็กไฟ also nearby for a nice bird's eye view of the city and surrounds.

The property itself, the staff, the room, etc., are all fine and well worth only $23 USD per night. We did not know prior to booking that there was construction going on next door which is very loud during the day. When that building is finished, this will be fine. They do need to change their bath towels, as they had a terrible smell. If they take care of this, everything will be fine. The gym and pool are ample and nice. They have security at night. We will stay here again after the construction is finished. We will bring our own towels and wash them ourselves.

The hotel was a good value. The rooms are very large, but they do not have a place to eat. For the money it's a good place to stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. Amazing gym. Great pool. We just so happened to be in a room next to a rooster that crowed all day and night. If it wasn’t for that it would be perfect.

Room size was large, which was nice, with marble floors, large bathroom, my room also had a nice view overlooking the pool and street scene plus mountain view beyond. The staff are all super sweet and helpful. Some noise from the busy street about 200 m away, but generally quiets down after about 10 pm If you get a room on the other side, you may have some roosters to wake up to, lol.

Clean, good pool/gym but a little far out of town

The hotel staff were really good, friendly, welcoming and spoke good English. It's a good 25 minute walk to the beach down soi 88 but I'm happy walking everywhere in 30+ degree heat. Some really good coffee places and street food just outside the apartment and the pool & gym were of a good standard despite no AC in the gym! Certainly helps you sweat out all the toxins. Quite a lot of long term residents in the block. Due to the lack of carpets or any home comforts in the rooms they felt a bit clinical and because of this noise travels easily. If you're at the rear of the block beware significant noise from barking dogs and cockerels in the morning!! I asked to be moved halfway through my stay due to this and excessive noise from an inconsiderate long term resident. Unfortunately the other room was just as noisy so this tarnished what would have been a really good experience. I wouldn't stay here again because of the noise.

Good hotel

Originally booked a standard room and immediately had to upgrade. Very small and dark and more suitable for a quick one night stay. The deluxe room was totally different. Spacious, light and clean. Yet again, as with most hotels, no table or chairs to eat at. Basic comforts surely!

The room is new, but getting grubby in parts as if just given a cursory clean each day. A bit out of the way with no shuttle, passing motorbike taxi or tuktuk. A couple of reasonable eating places opposite.

It certainly is..... precious.

Awesome brand new building. Would love to return. Close to my fav. Bakery just up the road on the right. Little stand open till lunch time, closed on Sunday's. Fantastic pastries and bread. Great pizza and more across the street at Mr. beam. Bar next to it. Laundry close by. Love Hua Hin.

It is Precious indeed

I love Hua Hin. I watched this building go up and thought of trying it out for a stay. Now I would love long term. Great place. Brand new, nice pool, friendly staff, parking,easy access. Mr. Beam pizza across the street, Mone Bar next to that.
