Located just in the beach with the waves nearly lapping the rear part of the hotel. A swimming pool that touches most of the room, wonderful sea breeze wafting through the hotel, this is a great place to unwind. They go out of their way to lay the red carpet for a destination wedding. Strongly recommend for holidays and events.

Without any doubt the best place we have stayed at during our trip in Thailand. I would highly recommend Sheraton Hua Hin to everyone who is looking for a great place to relax! The room are spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The pool is simply amazing and also the other facilities are great. All staff is really friendly and helpful. Especially a big complement to the staff of the front desk who welcomed us with a big smile and provided us with excellent service during our stay. Also, there are several good restaurants to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you are looking for some good Italian food, we can highly recommend you to visit Salas. Our favourite! The chef of this restaurant is doing an amazing job! Next time we are in Thailand, we will come again for sure!

I was there with family and friends for a wedding. Really had a great time. The lower rooms had access to pool and my boy really enjoyed, spacious room. Recommend property as the hotel was very helpful and understanding the marwari and gujrati food taste. They were very flexible in offering services. From Crystal Ball room to the Black night club, to beach side. The best part of the venue was the helpful staff. Highly recommend venue.

Check in was delayed a little bit only 10 mins. We had a lagoon pool room. Pretty nice but I thought a little out of date. Fantastic food for the wedding sundowners party at the beach bar. Awesome breakfast, wedding was fantastic in a beautiful setting. Staff were great, very helpful with knowledge and suggestions for our spare time. Evening reception in the ball room was amazing. Really good stay. We had a couples massage which was on offer and really enjoyed that. Saw a kids club and playground although didn’t get to go see it. Taxis easily available when needed. Shop/department store opposite hotel. Malls located within 15 mins drive.

Asia Restaurant is best to try. They offers not just a great Thai food but you can find out the experiences of Chinese, Indian and more. All foods served in a beautifully decoration high freshness and absolute great tasty. Manager of this restaurant was so nice and friendly. We were met Mrs. Nam, a Supervisor of Executive Lounge. She is kindly and gentle, good service to provide the information for us. I not ever forget this hotel and will come again for sure.

This is an amazing resort. Beautifully situated in Hua Hin the reception area is inviting and clean. The staff in the executive lounge, especially Nam, were extremely helpful, so sweet and accommodating. The pool areas are spotless and quiet amid trees and bushes, the beach area was clean and not crowded at all. That night we had a wonderful dinner at the InAzia restaurant. The chef created wonderful dishes from across Asia, so delicious! A huge walk in wine cellar stocked wines from around the world and the wait staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The wine waiter was especially gracious with wine tasting and recommendations. We love this resort and will definitely return.

Was there in Feb 2018 for an Indian Wedding. Fantastic service. Very good hotel. Well maintained rooms & excellent Pool. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms too were good with good force of water & plenty of hot water.

Where do I begin. Ours was a stay loaded with glitches. At the outset the worst part of the hotel is the staff - Extremely rude and disrespectful. No one smiles, wishes or makes eye contact. We asked at the front desk for some site seeing options and the lady without any eye contact said "I dont know, please ask the concierge" the concierge was not at the desk, we waited and eventually left. We had asked for our stay to be extended till 4th Feb, but on 3rd Feb multiple staff members presumed that we had checked out. Housekeeping did not clean even after repeated requests and our keys were deactivated. Housekeeping was exceptionally bad. on 2nd, we were trying to get some sleep and someone would ring the bell every hour to ask for room cleaning. I finally put a Do not disturb but they were so relentless that they started calling - fed up, we left the room and did not get much rest. I was under the impression that hospitality in a brand like the Sheraton would be exemplary but it was anything but that. The staff is in desperate need of some soft skills training - perhaps they are overworked. Rooms are strictly ordinary, we stayed in room 7206 which does not have much of a view. water pressure in the washrooms is bad but i suppose not much can be done about that. Neadless to say - Not a hotel I would recommend or return to

Amazing property - great everything - spend Christmas - food great - Pool WOW! - Bedroom beautiful - Five restaurants - great for Weddings - Family stays - Conferences - they have their own night club if you want to have a special party. Spa Facilities are amazing.

Our first hour at the resort was disappointing and left a bitter taste in our mouth. The Bad After announcing our arrival at the front desk, we were walked down a flight of stairs (we were able to see some of the lagoon and the resort with its gardens. The executive just looks like a lounge – nothing executive about it. It is located in place which seems ‘hidden away’ and does not even offer a view. After check-in, were taken back up to the level where we arrived at the resort. However, we were led into a service elevator which was clearly marked ‘luggage only’ as a means of going up just one floor. We later realized that this was probably done because the passenger lift was out of service for he entire duration of our stay. However, we much rather would have preferred taking the scenic staircase back up to the lobby – the same way that we were led down. We were put into a buggy that took us around the delivery and loading docks, staff parking area, and what looked like a scrap yard for broken resort buggies. Why we weren’t simply walked through the beautiful garden and past the magnificent lagoon pool, I really don’t understand. This would have been a great opportunity to explain the layout and location of the various activities – because the layout is rather confusing for the first few hours. It’s not like we had our luggage with us anyway – the staff were kind enough to send our luggage to our room while we were checking in, at the executive lounge If beating Thai sun was a concern, then we could Have walked though the neat room corridors all the way to our room on the opposite end of the resort. Once in our room. The buggy driver was the one who introduced us to our room. H was clearly not knowledgeable on the room amenities and services. He told us just 2 things about our room – he might as well have stayed behind the buggy’s steering wheel and just given us our key card. The final straw came as the buggy driver left and we tried to make ourselves a cup of coffee, only to find that that house keeping did not wash the coffee plunger from when the previous guests used it, and was still filled with coffee granules. I was so appealed that I didn’t even call reception – instead, I marched all the way through the resort gardens to the front desk with the dirty, smelly coffee plunger in hand. The OK Executive lounge breakfast As with most things in the executive lounge, the breakfast was disappointing. From what we gathered, the breakfast we ordered came from the breakfast buffet. But it was not what we expected in the executive lounge because the plates of food that we received were not even garnished in the slightest way. Would it really be so hard to slap a slice of tomato or cucumber on the plate? The server/chef would not even to slice the tomato itself – he could grab a slice from the salad section at the breakfast buffet. Seafood BBQ The seafood BBQ was nice, there were many choices. However, I would not call it a ‘seafood’ buffet. There was only 4 or 5 seafood options. I would rather classify it as an international buffet with some seafood. Also, the waiter who was assigned to our table stood behind us typing messages on his phone most of the time. He would do this while our table was full of dirty plates to the point that we had to ask him on two occasions to please clear our table. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our ‘seafood’ BBQ buffet dinner. The good The resort was kind enough to make good on their blunder with the coffee plunger. They gave us a complimentary couples massage at the Spa. This was a real treat. The massage was by far the best massage we have ever experienced and the Spa itself was absolutely beautiful. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a great shower and big bath tub. The bed was super very soft and comfortable. The Lagoon access was fantastic, especially at our room because out part of the lagoon was not a thoroughfare so it was nice and quiet and private. We also had two food bridges at our part of the lagoon pool, which was great for hiding from the sun while still relaxing in the pool. The lagoon pool was great and always clean. You can literally swim around the whole resort. At one point, the bar tender even walked around the pool with a tray, handing out sliced pineapple on a stick to guests IN the pool. (It would have been nice if had come around the again to collect the sticks though.) Breakfast buffet was good. There were plenty of choices and the food was well prepared. We were taken care of very well at the breakfast buffet - but this could be because of the problem with our dirty coffee plunger – all the staff members seemed to know about it. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary at the resort. The staff did well on making our special day a truly special experience with a greeting card, cake, sparkling wine, cake, and room decoration. In conclusion… We had a great time at the resort.
