we only stayed for one night but it was one of the most memorable due to the staff there who were friendly, nice, and very helpful... from the valet car park to the front desk to the golf cart drivers down to housekeeping ! the atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms spacious and clean -- what more can you ask for ?!
The staffs have a good service mind. Room is very clean and provide full facilities such as hair dryer, iron set, coffee and tea inside. The pool is very big include kid pool. And you also enjoy with Spa, Fitness and kid club. This is a great resort in Huahin.
Great location, beautiful views, friendly and accommodating staff. As an Platinum rite member I felt very well taken care of. One incident in which a male cleaning staff felt the need to view the female guests with us like a "piece of meat". Even after I confronted him he still continued to stare the female guests up and down!! Very unfortunate but it was definitely very uncomfortable for the remainder of the trip.
Check-in: Good and professional however last month I visited here I shocked with one of the worse check-in experience and personnel here. Room: Loud Air Condition, so for people required quiet room, avoid this hotel is recommended. The lighting has no night mood configuration. When entering the bathroom at night i has to open the whole lighting which is too bright and destroy the sleeping experience. Uncomfortable Porcelain Floor in Bedroom. It is normal for the room to use carpet or wood to fell comfortable warm and enhance staying experience. Poor water pressure: it takes too long time to fill the bath tub. Excellent bed: Sheraton bed is very good but still not exceptional. In-Azia: The food, Service and the atmosphere are simply one of the best in Hua Hin. Even I stay at other hotel, I have to visit here for dinner. This restaurant is strongly recommended. Sheraton was well know for its professional in service while facility was only decent. I experienced only great to excellent service with all restaurant I visited. They were very kind and helpful. However, some of the part completely ruin the entire experience. For sensitive hearing people, the room itself is too loud to sleep. The room itself is not design for quality relaxation. In past, I had a bad experience regarding loud sleeping once in Pullman Kon-Kaen. This is my number one priority in deciding where to stay. As a result, I avoid staying in Pullman brand until now. Now, Sheraton is now included in my hotel warning list while the restaurant is impressive.
Visited with family in Aug 2017 - 2 adjoining rooms booked - 2nd room only had one bed - requested 2 beds beforehand - this was changed the next day to a room on the same floor - very busy as Indian wedding during weekend. No complaints - pool excellent - visited Luna Lunai restaurant each evening - food excellent. Did not have breakfast as too expensive for a family of 5 (approx. £15 each) - got cereals/snacks from local 7-11. Only downside was that hotel was about 20 minutes out of town - had to pay approx. £6 each way for a taxi to get to Hua Hin.
We were invited to a wedding celebration of our Sikh family friends' daughter. All arrangements were made by a Bangkok based Event Manager, Eventology, headed by an enthusiastic and ever-present CEO, Renu, who orchestrated three days seamlessly. Credit goes to the Hotel Management that matched every step and looked after more than 200 guests for the celebration, which shall remain etched as a memorable experience in many minds.
I have been in Hua Hin many times.. Never stayed in Sheraton. This is the first time and I have decided this is the place for me in Hua Hin. Our initial plane was to stay for 3 nights but the comfort zone made me and my husband to add one more day to enjoy this gorgeous property. We are SPG members and of course every one knows the comfort of SPG . The club lounge comfort is unmatched. Here I have to mention 2 peoples name PHAWANA and WARISARA, Their hospitality made us as if we are sitting at our own home. Regarding food, it's not fantastic but good. Cleanliness of the property is unbeatable. Staffs are friendly. It was nice of MR.BRUCE DUPUIS, GM, of the property, personally takes care of the guests. What else do one need ? If you decide to visit Hua Hin, this is the right place. Enjoyed our 4 day stay to it's fullest..
Great hotel, super rooms and outstanding friendly staff everywhere. Special acknowledgements go out to Khun Kannika in the Front Office, Payu in the InAzia restaurant and Preecha at the Deck restaurant. Fantastic pool and very nice setting along the beach (small beach though). Rooms are excellent and comfortable. Hotel is about 13 km outside of Hua Hin city center but there is a shuttle that goes into town upon reservation. I found the restaurant food to be very satisfying and reasonably priced.
The resort has excellent service, Our room was spacious and we can see the sea from our room i enjoyed my time at the pool and fitness room. staff are polite. helpful and always caring . Sure! we will com back
Ok. Thailand, language is an issue, so its important that you have your bookings correct, and requests given in writing well in advance. That apart, the place Rocks. Comfortable room, excellent amenities and very courteous staff. Top it up with some amazing Thai Food. Room has everything. Suggest that you take the ground floor room, with pool access. And you will not switch on the TV for sure. Loads to do. Swim, relax, spa, walk on the beach, sleep. Best part, enter the pool straight from your room. Pool is great, clean and a huge one. Spread over 3 levels. Easy access to the beach, which has soft sand. Amazing to walk on, but sea not recommended for a swim. Looks like strong currents.
