Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa

I stayed here for 2 nights, wished I had stayed here for my entire duration of stay in Hua Hin. This is an excellent 5* hotel, which is however a 15 minute drive from Hua Hin. The entry road to the hotel from the main road does not suggest that there will be an amazingly good hotel at the end of the road. However, once you arrive at the hotel, you enter a beautifully designed lobby. My room was located near the beach bar, well equipped for a 5* hotel. Many of the rooms have direct access to swimming pool as they are located around It. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and extremely helpful. We had dinner at the beach bar one evening. The food was absolutely delicious as was the buffet breakfast, which is one of the best I have come across in any hotel. The only slight issue with the hotel is that it is located well away from Hua Hin. However, in all other respects, this is a great resort hotel to spend a vacation.

importantly this hotel is not in downtown Hua Hin however there is a regular shuttle on the hour if you wish to visit the night markets and restaurants. I would like to thank Warisana and Nantana for making my stay so comfortable. Their service was exceptional and made my stay memorable. I should also mention Sakhon who was always smiling. The head chef Jacob was also very nice introducing himself to the diners. Its great to be served by people who are clearly passionate about their work and it is evident in the service provided There are 3 main restaurants that service the hotel Inazia, Sala and La Lunai. If you wish to eat authentic Thai with a sea view then La lunai is a great choice. Inazia the standout dishes were the duck rolls and Sake Salmon salad(similar to cerviche but so refreshing) Sala restaurant makes a delicious bruschetta and I had a Sea bass dish which was lovely Of course the swimming pool that lays opposite the beach is a perfect place to lay during the day,All in all i have a very relaxing 7 day stay and it was a great reprieve from the other busier parts of Thailand.

Had a great 6 nights here, the pool is beautiful and clean, with the beach 10 metres past the pool edge. The whole resort is kept immaculate and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We only left the resort on one day to look around Hua Hin, the hotel runs a shuttle bus for the 15 minute drive into town, or they will order you an uber if you want. The resort has a little shop that sells snacks and drinks at 711 prices so not everything is at resort prices. Recommend this for couples and families as rooms with direct pool access can have no safety fence or safety fence across the balcony for child safety.

Beautiful resort hotel between Cha Am and Hua Hin. Nice new furnished rooms and a very child friendly swimming pool lagoon surround the hotel. Great Thai, Asian and Italian restaurants. Staff is very polite, educated and helpful. One of the best places to stay next to the ocean in the Gulf of Thailand. Beautiful landscaped park next to the ocean. Always a very relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool enormous and really fun to be able to swim directly out of your room if you get the lagoon rooms. They had bands playing music most nights, lovely easy listening style. The staff, fantastic. Our littlest had a fever so we asked to borrow a thermometer and the next day a giant basket of flowers was in our room as a get well to Miss Bailey. A birthday cake was delivered (complimentary) on my husbands birthday. The restaurants serve delicious food and the breakfast is beyond compare. Wonderful! I also enjoyed one of the best massages at the Shine Spa, special mention to Pailin who I was so impressed with. Now for the negatives... drinks are really expensive ($20 for a glass of average wine) $6 for juices etc...its 1/3 of the price anywhere else. We had a package with all our dinner and breaky included and we still managed to run up a 500 dollar bill for 8 days for the kids meals and drinks (we also dont drink heaps, im talking 1 or 2 at the most with dinner) but I guess thats 5 star pricing for you... the kids club, you have to pay for pretty much every craft activity you want to do and its quite expensive. The same activities you can do at Market Village for 1/3 of the price. All in all though I was happy with my stay and recommend the hotel.

We had a great family vacation here for 6 nights. Excellent service from every department except Housekeeping which was extremely poor. Obviously untrained so I'd blame management for that, and not the housekeepers themselves. Pool fabulous. Massive. Meals: Breakfast exceptional. Loved the fresh honeycomb! Pineapple to die for. Nice touch with the chili sugar! In Azia was divine. Great food. Salas: Excellent pizza and desserts. Thai Food: awesome. Rooms: Spacious with fantastic bath tub. Grounds: Immaculate. Location: only downer as 20 mins from town. Kids club: Ok for us with toddlers (not huge). Would stay again but Housekeeping needs a kick in the pants ;)

Spent 11 days here and could not fault it. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. Used hotel restaurants on a few occasions and found food to be of a high quality. There are a few restaurants in the local vicinity, a short walk along the beach for lunch if you like fresh seafood at a good price. Hotel runs a shuttle service to Hua Hin for a fee (good value for 2 people but may not be cost effective for groups). Hotel is very clean with a large lagoon pool, plenty of sun beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our break there. Thank you to all staff we encountered.

The staff, service and facilities are excellent. I must say I was a little overwhelmed initially with the number of kids here, however the staff (cant recall her name) are absolutely excellent and so accommodating. Spent a week here and easily could have spent way way longer. The beaches aren't great for swimming compared to the islands in Thailand, but the resort itself is really good.I found the breakfast and restaurants also excellent and would not hesitate to recommend.

We stayed here on a Luxury Escapes package. Staff are so friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. The setting is lovely and the lagoon pool around the entire complex is great. Many choices for food which was included in our package ( which the staff were happy to modify to suit our needs) and the Sports Bar provided a good pool table and play station for our teenage son. The Thai massages at the Spa were fantastic, possibly the best we have ever had. We used the shuttle into town to go to the night markets and the beach in Hua Hin which was a nice change from the quiet of the hotel. There are no activities organised ( there was a pool party of sorts for Thai New Year with water guns and and hoses)and the beach is not great.

Celebrating husband birthday and impressed with greeting of room decoration and delicious Birthday cake , very nice staffs, great variety of breakfast, private beach and serene atmosphere, huge room with comfortable bed and pillowd
