We are very dissapointed about 1. The breakfast. In the morning at 8.30 there is no ham, no cheese, no Cornflakes, no Croissants. Whwn I ask Your people, they only smile and say"No Have". This we cant accept as a full paying guest at Your Hotel. And this has been the same since february 13th. 2. There is NO Internet at the room. It is not Possible to connect. Inevery other restaurant, bar or hotel iWe have visited during our stay from last monday , there are godd connections everywhere. But here at the Beach Garden Hotel, there are hanging some old routers that doesen´t work. That is Not accepteble in the year of 2018. 3. Hardly ANYONE at the hotel speaks or understand English or German, which is not good at a hotel whre most of the guests are from Sweden, Germany or Holland. 4. The beds are so hard and old that the feders gets into your body and you get bruces from it. You cant get a new bed or a a matress only beachmatress. Not good in 2018. Start from tomorrow to act and do something reel good of this. IF you want your guests to come back. People are talking about leaving after 16 years. That is not goood. Thank You.
I booked for 3 rooms and request for a connecting room or next to each other but upon check in, they even no informed me that all my requests were mistaken, they just gave me the keys. I was given all 3 twin rooms, so I decided to call to reception to ask to change to double bed. The i was given a double bed room on the first floor. I went to my friend's room, I found that the connecting room with my friend was available!!!! (Why the recdptionist didnt inform me before) I call to reception again!!! They told me that the guest just check out and tried to lie to me that there are some guest will stay in that room, and asked me back that "if I inform you before, would you wait?" How's adorale the are!!!!!
We had 8 nights, and that was a bit too much. the place is OK, but service is poor, and standard is not really great. breakfast is ok. The beach is the highlight... long and white and quiet, so if you are looking for a cheap quiet beach close to BKK this is good. Many local company parties and conferences, so can be somehow noisy... but end early, so the sleep is ok. Food in restaurant a bit pricy and again service is not really top. Wonderful garden and good pool. poor internet in the rooms
Good value for the moment. Kind and friendly staff, and all in all a recommendable hotel. Nice pool areal and close to the beach, if you like sand :-). Not many shops in the areal, so a car is needed for shopping and sightseeing.
The good location, the price and the private beach make the hotel in the top choice . But our last stay in this hotel disappointed me and I think that should be improved urgently. 1. Many cracks in the pool. 2. No warm water in the room(for 3 nights with no service). 3. Breakfast (Food taste, some staff in the room) .
Its hard to find a place with such fine location with a private beach in this price. The hotel is old but maintained very well, the staffs are polite and happy to help always. The Best thing about this place is the swimming pool overseeing the beach and ocean which means you can swim in swimming pool looking at the ocean. Our stay in this place has been wonderful and totally recommend this place to everyone looking for quiet holidays. I personally rate it above all the Accor properties in the area.
Good location in Cha-am beach area but very old, kind of inadequate maintenance. I would say most of the guest are group tour from Asia plus some local people Thai). But if you wan na save your bucks to spent at something else this one would suite you perfectly.
The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is a bit run down. The rooms, especially the beds, need improvement. The breakfast is below average. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is an 'ok' place for you to spend the night.
Breakfast wasn't good, not fresh and there were mostly Thai food available. Not sure if it was because of the incentive group booked that period or it is normal. The room is old and smell weird (smell old). I felt not so much comfortable because of the old interior design inside of the room, it was like staying in the room of stranger's grandmother.
This hotel is an awesome place and facilities. The room are so comfortable and very clean. I was there for camp with our school. The staff are so friendly and they are very assisting us while we staying there for 2 nights. They have a hall for programs activities. This place very closer to the beach and wow so very relaxing place to stay in Cha am. Very nice and the food are so good.
