Next to the dining room is a great kitchen with all your necessities! The three bedrooms all have double beds and are all individually styled to suit your needs! All carpeted and neutrally decorated. The house situated on Dyke road., has Dyke Road Park which has gardens to walk around, tennis courts & a cafe with homemade cakes! It is also host to open air theatre productions during the summer months for adults and children! Hove Recreation ground & Hove Park are within easy walking distance as well as Preston Park and the Rockery. The tesco express is open 24/7 for all your shopping needs, aswell as a co op further along or a drive to Waitrose. 7 dials is about a 10 minute walk or so and also has the Flour Pot , a turkish Hellenic bakery and lovely restaurants and cafes.
