Hove Beach House | Luxury Seaside Holiday Let

A contemporary, light-filled airbnb holiday let. Set within a private walled courtyard garden, beside Hove Beach and close to the heart of Brighton. Hove Beach House is ideal for short stays or relaxed weekend escapes, giving the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience.

The Annex is attached to the main house but is entirely for your private use. It has its own entrance gate from the street which opens into a small semi private courtyard with seating. (Access to your front door is through a shared courtyard garden)

The beach is just across the road and you can walk cycle or take a bus along the seafront and into Brighton from the bottom of our road.

Inside : High vaulted ceilings give Hove beach House a light and spacious feel throughout. On entering, the hall from the main door leads passed the bathroom on the left which has a large walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. Shampoo, body wash and towels all provided. The hall opens up into the main living space which has a fitted kitchen area on the left with skylight granite sink, microwave, toaster, kettle and integrated fridge. There is a kitchen breakfast bar with seating for two and to the left is a built in wardrobe and storage area to hang clothes and put any bags and belongings away. Next to the kitchen is a sitting room area with two seater sofa and large flat screen tv with sound bar perfect for a movie night. Beyond this is the bedroom with a luxurious kingsize bed with freshly laundered sheets and two bedside tables with side lamps. The flat screen television can be swung out to allow you to watch films in bed.

There is strong free WiFi throughout and virgin tv with Netflix and Prime. You'll have the whole place to yourself but we are next door if you need anything.

No smoking or vaping both in and outside.
