The biggest thing here is the transsexuals walking around prostituting. My wife did not even feel safe to walk around the hotel by herself I had to walk outside and get everything and she refused to leave the room without me she was so scared. However the staff were very friendly and the room was nice however there was a problem with our key card not working they switched us to another room and then only one of the cards worked to get in the room.
I had to visit and stay at the Red Roof inn while i was visiting the OTC convention and the service I received from the staff was impeccable, with special notice to the front desk clerk Katie. She was not only kind and efficient, but was so helpful beyond her duties. She is the reason we will be returning, because any owner who would hire someone who cares and respects the customer the way this young lady did shows they care about their guest and property. I will be returning and hope you keep and continue to find valuable people like you have in the current front desk, especially Katie and Timothy. Thank you
Had the pleasures of spending some time at the hotel for preparation for a wedding. Mr Harris helped with a wonderful room close to the front so it was easy to pack all the wedding decor to and from the car. Thx Mr Harris
I decided to stay a night or two near work. A mini staycation so to speak. When I arrived at the Red Roof Westchase, I was greeted with a smile from the general manager, Timothy as soon as I walked in. He was welcoming and seemed to keep things rolling along with all of his staff. He was a very organized person and made my check in a breeze after a long work day. Thanks Timothy for your service with a smile.
A REAL HOTEL EXPERINCE.... An experience in hospitality. Most friendly and professional reception and staff. A well appointed room with a bed that solved all my back and sleep issues. All services were well coordinated, the variety of restaurants were walking distance, and mixers were easy to commute from the hotel as well. Staff knowledgeable and polite trained staff displayed real hospitality service at its best. "Talking about put your best foot forward" per my request to inquire if the service was mocked. To my excitement requested to speak with management, after meeting "Mr. Harris", with entire staff works like a polished fine tuned automobile its appeal propels the guest to a wonderful hotel experience. In addition a real family oriented appeal for all. Supporting facts from my stay @ Red Roof Inn (WESTCHASE) example, when I asked for more towels and new linen the time it took staff to execute my request was flawless. Completed with 3 minutes with a smile. Comfortable everyday of my stay. Thank you, Mr. HARRIS
No problems with my stay, I always check my expectations when coming here or any other inn or motel. I will say that Timothy was very welcoming and provided top notch customer service as soon as I stepped foot in the door. The saying, "first impressions go along way," well you can thank Timothy for his first impression because it helped ease my mind about my stay and convinced me that this will be a good spot for my weekly business trips to Houston. Now it has only been one stay, and I can't pretend like all of them will be great, but knowing that the room looked pretty clean and my welcome was great, gives me some peace of mind when booking my next stay here.
Stayed at this property for the weekend to visit with my family for easter, the property has very good lighting in the parking lot at night, I also was greeted by the maintenance man Mr Flowers he was very friendly and asked us did we enjoy our stay,will most definitely return to this property in the future
Ms. Leivy from Housekeeping did a great job of taking care of the room I was in. She was courteous, prompt, and very professional. Specifically, she brought in fresh towels, she replenished my coffee basket, she left the room with a wonderful freshness and she was hospitable to boot. Enjoyed my time there. Ms. Mary at the Front Desk was excellent also. Great staff overall.
Love Rosa she's great at what she does it couldn't be done better thanks rosa!!!it never fells she one of the best at Red roof if i had a choice I would pick rosa to clean up my room every visit she cleans and is very polite....
Was very help ful with any and everything she's the best one to have made sure we had towels cleaned the room very well was very polite has a nice Accent and helped with food places in the area #IHOP ❤❤
