The young man guy Axel that helped me was amazing. He immediately greeted me as I entered the hotels and asked if I wanted a cup of complementary coffee. I'd give you all a 10/10 very professional environment. Always my first choice
Our stay here was great overall. Rooms are nice and spacious plus affordable. Housekeeping Mrs.Roy did an magnificent job on providing us with clean towels and sheets, etc. She went beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She is definitely a hard worker and was very attentive. She did an outstanding job and was very pleasant each time we saw her.
We stay at the Red Roof Inn (Westchase) the stay was good and easy access to everything. The front desk clerk Alex did an outstanding job overall checking us in. He was very courteous and pleasant and friendly during the whole time. Great job Alex!
Have been staying at RedRoof Westchase for several weeks on business. The service is great Jevetta Lott takes care of any problems right away and is prompt in both the checking in and checkout. Great location.
Booked this hotel based on all the positive reviews. This was a very basic, budget hotel. Our room was large with wood linoleum floor; no carpeting. The heat worked well, shower was fine, wifi worked well. It does offer coffee and tea in their "lobby." They don't have hair conditioner and give you tissue packets versus a box. This is off a major road but near many restaurants. On the first night there was lots of screaming outside our room for a few minutes but that ended and didn't happen again. I got the impression that the 1st floor had long term residents (never confirmed though). It is far from town center so you must drive to the tourist attractions. Can't really say anything bad about this hotel, it was just much more basic than I was expecting.
Customer Service & Housekeeping Was Awesome !!!! I had a wonderful stay here , and AXEL the Front Desk Clerk was an awesome employee always greeted me with open arms and made my stay a fantastic stay every morning I came down to check in, It was a pleasant stay .
We stayed several day a few days apart for work. The young man during the first stay was very nice and worked hard to get us checked-in. Always friendly and helpful during our entire first stay. This location has both interior and exterior rooms. It also has an elevator. 1st stay, Room 323: 2 beds, interior room. The room was clean. Had a slight smokey odor, easily masked by deodorizer (we travel with it). The bedding was very stained, sheets having marker lines drawn on them, but from what we could tell they were clean. The marks were near the foot of the bed....hotel trick for "ugly" sheets. Only two pillows per bed. Beds a little on the firm side. Bathroom was clean. 2 sets of towels (for 2 beds most hotels give you 4 sets), no stains, a little thin. Shower head very loose. No grab rails. WiFi was good enough for streaming. Small fridge and microwave in this room. Newer flat screen TV, wall-mount, but not centered to the room, so only comfortably viewed from one bed. Good channel line up. Not enough outlets by the bed. A/C unit worked well. 2nd stay, Room 325 (interior room): The lady at check-in was more concerned about talking to other people and made little effort to speak to us. When asked if she had us checking out Friday and she said, whatever the 15th is... This room was better! Still clean, 2 beds, fridge/micro.... Beds had spotless bedding that even seemed softer (better thread count) than the first room. Again, only 2 pillows per bed. Beds still a bit on the frim side. Towels were thick and clean, still only 2 sets though. Shower head was better, still no grab rails. A/C unit worked well. A few light bulbs not working in this room, but this room had an outlet port on the bed table, which was nice! Housekeeping was always friendly. The young man and the boss man were both very polite, helpful and engaged in conversation appropriate between staff and guests. Other staff could use some additional training. This location does not have guest laundry. Maybe something they'd consider adding. Out of town guests don't know the area and having to hunt down a laundromat is real inconvenient, especially when in town for nearly two weeks. Good parking, with truck/trailer parking in the back. This location is walking distance to IHOP and Whataburger. Overall, this location was nice and we would stay again.
The staff are helpful and friendly, always polite. I appreciate the fact that everyone smiles and tries their best to make everyone feel confortable as they go anout their daily duties if I could give five more stars I would I recommend them to anyone looking for a great hotel. I had my room cleaned by a Mrs Joy who was especially wonderful and very thorough

During my days here I have noticed the staff at the Red Roof Inn Houston - Westchase includes some dedicated employees who work hard to make my time here enjoyable. Mr. Flowers the maintenance man is always friendly as he works around the building inside and out, and he is great at making quickly needed repairs. Mrs. Dora in housekeeping works on my floor and is always very helpful and makes my room nice and fresh again, and her supervisor Mrs. Roy is a great leader for the housekeeping team who asks me if I need anything and whenever I see her she is working hard.
