This property is complete false advertising nothing is as it looks on this site. Not the property or the rooms. Its in katy but its ghetto. An im black calling it ghetto. The property/hotel is trash. I didnt go all the way in the room it so disgusting. Bed was filthy with white sheets. No pillows on bed. People there looking like they wanna rob you immediately. I didnt not stay got that key and gave it right back. I really want a refund but the world so damn greedy it aint happening. That play shouldn't be on nobody's website. Dont go there unless you plan on smoking Crack.

I would stay as far away from this place as possible. Asked for a non smoking room and it reeked of weed. Had a roach infestation, seemen stains on the sheets, and the smoke detector had been removed. Only lasted 10 min in the room and they still refused to give a refund.

Horrible There are cockroaches everywhere and there is absolutely no daily house keeping whatsoever. They will knock on your door early every morning that you're scheduled to check out to make sure you're actually leaving or paying to extend your stay. The cops are called to the hotel multiple times per week without fail. My dogs started to get sick one night within the first week, they were vomiting and could not even keep water down the entire night. Also, i can't speak for everybody but the representatives working for customer service are nothing but completely rude and will lie through their teeth and completely deny that they even have a refer and earn rewards program for guests/family/friends you name it, who are signing up and booking through the app for the first time and onwards. They clogging cars less they'd not here to help and they will treat you like gsrbage.

i've never seen a more disgusting place presenting itself as a hotel in my life. i walked into the room and walked back out in less than a minute after seeing evidence of roach infestation everywhere (including live roaches), a broken minifridge that had leaked water all over the floor, a broken bathroom mirror, a visibly kicked in bathroom door, and a completely shattered bathtub/shower fixture. my mistake for not looking at the reviews that echo this, i would be deeply ashamed to take anybody's money for a room like this. -100/5 stars
