This faciity is not just an ordinary hotel room. It's a full apartment with a kitchen, livingroom, dining area, bedrooom and bathroom. It is more like an AirBNB property in that you are given a code to enter your unit and you never actually meet the owners/staff. It was nicely furnished with modern accessories and furniture and the beds and pillows were VERY comfortable! All this for the same price or less than it would have cost for a regular, boring hotel room with no extras! I will always book here in the future and will recommend this place to everyone I know! FYI - If you're hungry, check out BB's Tex-Orleans on Montrose for some of the very best food you've ever eaten! It was recommended to me and I owe that person BIGTIME because it was AWESOME!

Wonderful location near medical center, Walgreens, and grocery stores. Close enough to walk, weather permitting. My husband and I stayed for our biannual visit to MD Anderson and found this condo almost perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and pillows, very nice towels, and roomy bathroom. Large refrigerator freezer allowed us to keep groceries for meals. We would stay here again. Good value!

Older property that has been renovated. First night there air conditioner would not get below 76. Very hot and humid. No staff on site to call. Ended up after we Google issue in middle of night they had preprogrammed the thermostat to that temperature and we had to reprogram. A real pain. This property needs a 24 hour call line for problems like this.

We don’t have a 24 hour line but we are available from 7am-midnight. Sorry for the inconvenience. We also have ceiling fans in all rooms and windowns that open. The ac did have an issue besides the thermostat once we tested it the next morning. Typically in February it’s rare to use the AC. But thanks for bringing it to our attention. And we have replaced the thermostats in all units too to be basic.
