Si no quieren pasar una terrible experiencia no contraten estas instalaciones, yo reservé 2 habitaciones y llegando ahí no hubo nadie que me apoyara ni contestan los teléfonos, estuve esperando ahí por 4 horas hasta que me tuve que ir a buscar donde alojarme una noche porque traía 3 niños pequeños, al día siguiente fui y no tenían ningún registro de mi reservación, me dijeron que ahí solo rentan con estancias mínimas de 6 meses, así que volví a quedarme sin alojamiento y era volver a buscar donde quedarnos, pésimo servicio y más pésimo qué hoteles.com se preste para fraudes, mi dinero lo cobraron y espero que me lo reembolsen pronto. FRAUDE!
