We stayed here for 2 nights, room was not as I expected. A/c unit was loud, mini fridge was leaking water underneath, I got like dust mites bites after the first night. Breakfast area was just a bag of juice,yogurt,orange and a muffin.
What an amazing staff! So friendly and helpful. I could’ve done without the road noise from the interstate
Cinthya at the front desk was extremely helpful and super nice. I just hope there would be more like her customer service skills. Thank you

My room smelled horribly of mildew. When I told them about it they said they had some kind of leak. The smell had me up gagging most of the night and I woke up very nauseous
I liked the set up of the front desk / bar / snack area.. it was cool and efficient. Did not like the bed.. too soft, couldn't sleep.
Had a weird sort of factory made smell. The room design itself was less than great. The sliding doors were unnecessary and the lighting was bad. But cant beat the southern hospitality at the front desk. Got called "Sugar" more times t

This is the second time we've stayed here since moving away. It's a great place in The Woodlands, TX close to I-45 and lots of restaurants, nightclubs, shopping and friends. Nice hotel, a/c works great, bed is comfortable.
Everything was fine except when I got up at 6:00 AM and went to make coffee before my shower, the coffee caddy was loaded with only de-caf.
