The location is a former SWBell switching station and the decor captures the essence of what once was. The decorators saved some of the original office doors on the hallways as well as a collection of classic phones all about. Nice spot !
This hotel is beautiful! Everything is clean & sparkling. The staff are friendly & always ready & willing to help. The room is immaculate & huge! We have an L shaped sofa, footstool & a comfortable king bed! The pub on the 16th floor was a lively place with a beautiful view. We did not love the $40 a day parking fee, but that is our only negative comment about this place.

Parking is too expensive! I stayed for three nights and paid $120.00 just for valet parking! By the way we never left the hotel. Black lady who work there has a nasty attitude. She wasn’t helpful at all. All she kept crying about she couldn’t assist me bc she wasn’t on the clock. Which was only 2 min before she can clock in! BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE! They served cold package sandwiches for the whole hotel. With only two microwaves for everyone to use. There’s no microwaves in the rooms! I would not stay here again!
