Okay Hotel

The hotel was pretty decent for the most part. I was disappointed regarding the shower in my FIRST room. After a long flight I longed for a nice hot shower but when I entered the shower I noticed there was a plumbing issue the pull up stem did not allow for only the shower to run water was coming out of the bath faucet and water pooled in the tub as I showers.. ew! I was moved to another room the next morning Andy shower pressure was low.. some of the amenities were not accessible I did not recall that being mentioned on this site though. Breakfast was mediocre with no offers of turkey meat products. As I do not eat beef or pork.

The property itself is all right, it has convenient location, room is spacious and clean. However when I tried to open the blind on the second day (using the normal force), the whole blind fell off, left me a bruise on one arm and a scratch on the other. I talked to the front desk, they sent someone to fix it quickly, but between the 2 staff at the front desk, no one showed any concern about my safety or even checked my conditions. Very disappointed.
