Booked this room off the Orbitz rating. Check in went good room was very nice. Was woken up at 1 am by the connection rooms paper thin door and how loud the other guests were talking. Woke up hours later to knocks on the door at 9 am to maid checking me leaving. Check out isn't till 11am no reason to push me out early. Booked a second night at the front desk and headed to breakfast. Terrible terrible terrible breakfast buffet. Go to the room and take a ice cold shower since the hotel boiler was booked and not fixed till late in the day. Returned to the hotel at 8 pm to find two elevators are broken and waited about 15 min to take the elevator to my room to only be woken up again to the joined guest loudness again. Called front desk to complain. No answer. Never will stay with with hotel chain again.

Nice room and bathroom (very important). Friendly staff.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were very professional. They quickly checked me in. The rooms were clean and updated. We still here again!

Great accomodation in a great location. Nice rooms & amenities. Excelent for travel runners, includes running route in the neighborhood. The only complain is housekeeping knocks the door to early to celan the room.

Room not stocked with all amenities, noisy location, located right next to house keeping. Housekeepers were loud and not conscious of guests

Stayed there two nights 9/2016 We only spent sleeping/resting time at the hotel. It was right off the intersections of the two main highways there - so you're in a good starting point to go where you need to visit. (also could be loud if you had a room out front or outside pool area) The room was clean, ac worked well - however the hall/common area ac seemed to be broken (not a big deal). Pool area looked ok as dis fitness room (standard compared to most hotels). We didn't eat there, but not sure of the need - you're 5-10 min drive to lots of eating/dining options so not sure why someone would wont to pay the extra premium for the hotel menu.

Remote location with not much else around. Easy access to freeway.

its nice facility, the room is big , clean, and comfortable. Especially the location is easy to access any where!

The hotel is in a very good location at the I10 and the 610. the best place to be in the Galleria area at a lower budget

Lovely hotel safe beautiful and great customer service

This is an average hotel in a great location. It's a good bargain for the price

Beautiful hotel, close to shopping! Will stay again!

Aside from the location which is a bit inconvenient if you are using taxi cabs or Uber, this is a good hotel for the amount of money you have to pay for it.

I was very pleased with this location. It was newly renovated and incredibly warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. The only hiccup was that I had requested late check-out when I checked in because I had a meeting that was lasting late into the night and wanted to sleep in yet for some reason it was not recorded and the desk began calling me to ensure that I was checking out at the standard time, waking me up and ruining my ability to sleep in. Other than that though a very positive visit.

I booked this room for a week long business trip. Was priced well for the area. Breakfast buffet is really good but it's extra. Very nice room and staff. Very clean.

My girlfriend and I stayed two nights in this hotel during our trip to Guatemala and it was a very good choice. The hotel is well located on Katy fwy so, if you have a car (free parking) it's very convenient to get downtown or reach one of the malls nearby for shopping.

Very clean and staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.

My girlfriends and I took a girls trip to Houston. The Hotel was absolutely amazing. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do, The pool is beautiful and so relaxing. Staff was very accommodating.

Loved the aroma therapy after a long day. Would stay again.

This was my first time to Houston Area. My hotel made the experience a treat. Modern, inviting decor. Comfortable room. Room service food was prompt and delicious. But the stand out feature was the staff, from the valet to the front desk to the room staff, all were friendly and professional. They were a big help. I'd highly recommend this conveniently located, well-maintained hotel.
